  Really disappointing to see this shop go downhill. I had been using them for multiple years. earlier this year, I made an appointment for an oil change and was sent home when they told me they didn’t have the staff to handle it. I let it go and tried using them again When I brought my car in for an oil change again, it took over a day to get done. They even wasted my time and had me come to the shop saying that it was done just to be sent home.

  Easy to make an appointment online and had my car towed here for a flat. Called to confirm. Unfortunately I had the wrong wheel lock key (not their fault) and Austin at the front desk was very helpful/understanding. While i needed to get a 2nd tow to the dealership to resolve the issue, the experience was very friendly. Austin even checked up on me when he noticed ive been waiting a while for my 2nd tow. Due to Austins kindness i actually decided to buy the tire there and get it put on at the dealer. I only have two notes of feedback. 1. Appropriate staffing seemed to be an issue (only Austin) so service timeline was very vague. It would be helpful to have a more specific/accurate estimated time frame. 2. Due to the staffing issue courtesy rides were not available. Perhaps a solution would be to offer uber/Lyft coupons so folks aren't stuck waiting. Luckily I was local so I decided to walk home the 3 miles down Easton Ave then back.

  I have been having my car inspected or repaired at Monor for ten years . The team are simply striving to give you the very best service they can. They are flexible, quick, and without going into detail, honest. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted mechanic. If you schedule online, press 2 to connect the shop, or visit in person, you will be taken care of very well.

  Their call center and online booking system doesn't sync up with inventory at the local shop and appears to omit information that is relevant. This results in a phone call to the customer to inquire where the tires are coming from and if they don't have them in stock, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. This is a leadership/ERP issue. The local shop does the best they can with this, but scheduling and inventory seen like logistic nightmares. Pretty sure this contributes to employee turn over. They need to do better, period. Locally, these guys are clearly not trained in customer service, but they know their job. They do decent work and seem honest with integrity, which matters a lot. They have good hours, and genuinely want to help resolve whatever issue customers have. This place could be great if their corporate folks provided better support for these guys to just do their job and it would improve the customer experience.
