Although we did not end up buying a car from Bethlehem Ford, I wanted to share that our Salesperson, Ky J., was very helpful and personable during our shopping experience and James C, his Sales Manager was 100% willing to meet our out-the-door price point we had. This was a unique situation where my wife and I were helping an 18-year old girl who is not receiving any help from her family to buy a car, so funds are limited. The car within our price point, however, did not have the features she safely needed (a back-up camera) and since it was an EcoBoost, I was concerned about the extra power it had for a relatively unexperienced driver. Nonetheless, I wanted to provide a positive review.

2018 Ford Explorer. I took my car in today for a recall review. I found the staff very friendly. The service advisor JIM RUPP was friendly professional, competent and very helpful. He explained everything clearly. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

If I wrote this right after buying, it would’ve been a five star review. We had a good test drive and got a great car. We did end up getting a warranty and that’s when everything went south. They absolutely never let us use it. We would call all the time because no one was accepting our warranty and they wouldn’t accept our calls. So we were paying month after month and could not get in contact with anybody. I kid you not, we left 16 or 17 messages and never got a return phone call It seemed so sketchy. They messed up our warranty paperwork and that’s why it never worked and they refused to fix it because no one would answer a phone call So they were just taking our money So we seriously lost out on 1000s of dollars They are dishonest and not worth it I really do love our car and wish I could get more stars but the fact that I lost thousands of dollars on a warranty that they refuse to ever let use, sucks.
