  How are you going to get mad that I'm using points to pay for something and "say I hate when you guys do this?" I hated having to talk to you so I guess we both upset today.

  This is a pilot dealer. You only get discounts on diesel. Gas is now Coen. Even though pumps say pilot. No customer service. Recommend finding somewhere else to stop.

  I pulled in a reserve parking spot went in to pay for it and was told that all the spots was taking up. I inform them that I was out of time to drive and ask was there somewhere I could park. They showed me, I went back to my truck and to find out my air bags was busted. I went back in to inform them on the issue I had going on and showed them the pictures I had took that was also sent to my company. The manager comes out with a straight up attitude telling me I had to move I let her know that I couldn’t. She goes to say then you will have to pay $18 for the parking when the guy gets here. I said okay I would do that. Then she really gets an attitude and tells me I couldn’t do that. I ask her then why would you suggest that if I could do it?? As I get finished asking that… she goes to say imma called the police and went in the office. I ask why are you calling the police if I’m only trying to do is get an understanding of what I could do in this case. She called the police and I seat there and waited. As I waited she start calling other people telling them to come up there. I sat there and got on the phone with my company to let them know what was going on and told them what all she said and she goes to say she didn’t say that. The police shows up and (vary cool guy) show what I was talking about went back in the store for 10 seconds comes back out and tell me I could move a few feet by the pumps. My only question is….. if it was that easy why the police had to be called and why she couldn’t just tell me that herself??? She was vary unprofessional, rude, angry, and lack of respect. Not once did I get loud or aggressive with her or any other employees. If you all cameras got audio. Please go look at the video and listen to how she handle the situation. This was on 6/25/2026 around 8:20pm

  0 stars, in there this morning at 458 am order breakfast sandwich which is only order, 2 employees working the food did everything but make my sandwich including older lady when I ordered saying I have alot of stuff to do clearly no concern for my order, 12 minutes later the only order they had still not done now running late go to get a refund but since I only had my order ticket which by the way showed price I was charged(cashier gave me no receipt)Angela wouldn't give me a refund and just kept asking for my receipt making me even later now for work, so I left missing my 6 bucks and my sandwich, glad I go by a get-go and reuters every day, and with perks pay get-go greensburg 3.79 per gallon check em out

  Very bad customer service at this Pilot location. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly needs better training. What made it worse was the manager’s attitude—she also spoke poorly, got loud, and did not handle the situation like a professional manager should. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially at a busy stop where people are already tired from traveling or working. Instead of helping, the team made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. Pilot should seriously look into this location and provide proper customer service training for both the manager and her team.
