  Worked for 11s 100% the cleanest Pilot I’ve visited anywhere in the country! It was a pleasure stopping here. I was especially impressed that they had fresh food available for truck drivers even at 2:00 a.m. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. Great job!

  I just went in there and got a cash advance for $250 some of the 20s was brand new so they were sticking together so 2:20 was sticking together and I told the cashier hey I'm missing the 20 play at the carefully looking at it I made an error and didn't catch the two stuck 20s but now they're looking at me like I'm trying to run a scam it was my error and I told him my apologies but now they're looking at me like I'm trying to run a scam I am not that kind of person to lower myself to run a scam over $20 for any money at that have a little respect for your elders

  I'm a truck driver, and I've never seen a truck stop with a cashier this rude. I've never encountered anyone this disrespectful at any Pilot truck stop, so I'm honestly shocked. They definitely don't answer any of your questions, and when you say hello, they just look at you like they hate you. I don't know his name, but the blonde guy at the register is extremely rude. I don't think we'll ever stop here again.

  Would like to acknowledge owledge the staff at pilot Bentleyville for their efficient maintenance of the showers and bathrooms first ! Most important.. Also for thier attitude towards all patrons , which impressed me so much. Willing to help, assist, or solve issues for all who approached . I was stuck there for a 34 hr reset and was able to sit in a clean comfortable tv lounge and wash clothes in machines that worked !! Well !! Hats off !!!! Pilot Bentleyville

  This company Coen doesn't serve the best food. There use to be a Subway in there. Coen ruined Subway. It was fine as it was. Ordered a chicken salad hoagie. The only thing you could taste were the onions. They serve the sandwich with something called "coen chips." Tasteless homemade chips. The pastries were old and not fresh. The female server had a bad attitude, short, crass. Seems to be a lot of bad energy there. The kiosk you use to place your order is confusing. I would not even dream of ordering a burger there. McDonald's and Burger King are a stone's throw away. Its overpriced too.
