Ethan was a fantastic help with my wiper blades. He showed me the options of wiper blades for my vehicle. He even offered to install them. After he installed them he check my rear blade to make sure that didn’t need replaced as well. Thank you Ethan keep the great work up.

So today is Saturday I walked into AutoZone and tried to get a V belt for my tractor. The parts specialist manager said they don’t carry that even though I bought it at a different AutoZone. “she didn’t put no effort in to try to help me. “ clearly looked at it and said no we don’t have that go to Waynesburg. They’re a bigger store even though they’re all the same size. If she didn’t not want to work, she should’ve just called off.

Kenneth and the guys came in clutch yesterday! I was having issues with what i hoped was my battery on my 05 Mazda B3000 truck. I wasn't completely for sure but, Kenneth listened to all my explanations and came out to help diagnosis problem. YEP, battery. He had the old out and the new in, in no time. It had been a very long week and that was a true blessing.

Need to return a part and they cant even find the transaction in their system. Really disappointed that im out $350 for a part that never worked. Update: i finally resolved the issue after going back and forth a little with customer service but was still met with a lack of helpfulness. The employee acted like it was such a bother. Mind you this part never worked, and caused more issues than i had to begin with due to electrical malfunction. At that point i took my truck to my mechanic and he determined the pump that i bought was no good so he bought another pump and boxed up the one i purchased for me to return. It took almost 3 weeks to return the part. Im glad everything is resolved but i doubt i will return to autozone in the future. This was an unnecessary hassle during what was an already stressful situation.
