  I been using enterprise all my life here and there and recently more often. They do good business the only thing I recommend is getting an ezpass for tolls because their auto toll payment convince fees can add up fast but that's not really enterprise fault if you take toll roads and bridges just get an ezpass and you can save money. The staff are good and helpful and the cars are new and clean. Overall enterprise is awesome. Always a good experience.

  I can’t say enough good things about the Enterprise Rent-A-Car team at 3353 Bristol Pike in Bensalem. After my wife was involved in a hit-and-run accident on I-95 South, we were understandably dealing with a stressful situation. The Enterprise team made one part of that day remarkably easy. Less than two hours after the incident, they had us in a rental car and back on the road. They even picked me up at the body shop to help expedite the process. From beginning to end, the transaction was seamless, efficient, and handled with genuine professionalism and concern. A special thank-you to Dabin Kim (D.K.) and the entire Bensalem Enterprise team for going above and beyond when we really needed the help. Five stars without hesitation. Excellent customer service!

  Poor reservation handling and unprofessional manager (Bailey)communication: I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I had a confirmed reservation, but the location told me that my booked vehicle or even a similar vehicle was not available. When I contacted Enterprise Customer Care, I was told that a similar vehicle was available at this same location, and Customer Care made another reservation for me. However, the replacement booking increased my price by approximately $300. The most concerning part was the call I received from Manager Bailey. She stated that the location was booked for the next two weeks and that no similar vehicle was available. When I asked why Enterprise Customer Care had booked a similar vehicle at that location, Bailey said she did not care if Customer Care was booking unavailable inventory. That response was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customers should not have to deal with conflicting information between a branch and the company’s own Customer Care department—especially when it results in a major price increase. I understand that vehicle availability can change, but I expected clear communication, professionalism, and a reasonable effort to honor the original confirmed price or provide a fair alternative. This location did not provide that experience.
