  The experience was horrendous. We booked a 12-passenger high roof van for a trip to Disney. I called the day before to ensure they will have it and the branch advised they had 3 available and that it wouldn’t be an issue. When I arrived, I was told the van wasn’t available and that they can’t guarantee the type of van on a reservation, although my paperwork clearly stated what I booked. They had the audacity to try and give me a small 15 passenger van which had ZERO trunk space and expected me to be ok with it. They also tried to tell me to call around to see if other locations had vans like they weren’t the ones who messed up. After some back and forth, they agreed to call around and found a van 1-hour away. Which meant we were already an hour past the time we were supposed to leave and now had to make a 2 hour round trip. By the time we picked up the van, packed our bags, car seats, ect, we were about 4.5hrs late on leaving. At this time it was rush hour so we we lost another couple of hours between Philly and Virginia with traffic. We missed out on our first day at Disney because of the incompetence and un professionalism. Never again. Do better Enterprise!!!!

  Got a rental for almost 2 weeks whole my car was being repaired from an accident. Bensalem Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a great place to get a car from. 2025 Ford Escape, ran great. Customer service to tier . If you can't get an answer on the phone just go in they're great!

  so i’ve rented from enterprise many of times, even this location, i even bought my audi from enterprise. i have had nothing but wonderful interactions, until yesterday, and hear me out im an adult and can take accountability for things that are my fault, but also the girl regina could of been a lot more professional. i go to pick up my car, i had my amex which has a specific limit, well when i get there im told theres a 400 dollar holding fee… ok again not a problem i asked if i can put the car on my amex, and the rest on my debit. she said no… i said ok, well can i put it on my debit she said no. she said try and call someone who can put it all on their card. so obviously i’m fluster (and if she would of just calmly explained it, like the girl from the langhorne store it would have been different) so i ask to speak to someone else, and i guess the manager shane comes over and he’s no help either cause i guess the saw they couldn’t do anything with me. this is where i feel extremely disrespected and ended up walking out cause… im known for my temper. regina goes to call someone so i can speak to someone else… hangs up and says “it’s not worth my time” it was 530pm i get it you want to go home, but be so for real.

  The girls working the day I picked up my rental were professional, friendly and extremely courteous. The manager was Bailey. I apologize for forgetting the young lady who helped me, but she was outstanding, friendly, funny and a credit to her job. Because of these two young ladies I highly recommend this particular Enterprise location. Thank you for your help.

  The management at this location needs a serious lesson in basic customer service. It is 2026, and there is absolutely no room for this kind of rude, dismissive behavior. My girlfriend and I were returning our rental car, and while she waited outside, the manager (Lazar) and another employee simply stood around staring at her instead of offering a simple greeting or stepping up to help. When our Uber arrived, I went inside to finally get things moving. I want to give a massive shoutout to the young gentleman working the floor—he was the ONLY person in the entire building who had the basic decency to look me in the eye, acknowledge my existence, and politely let me know he would be right with me. He is out there working hard and providing excellent customer service while the managers just stand around watching their customers wait. Five stars to that young man for knowing how to treat people, and zero stars to the management.
