  I love my local Enterprise. The only issue is they need more tablets! Other than that, they are all nice there, they work with you, etc... I have really had no problems at my location except for maybe availability once or twice. Oh, and the fact you cannot use the drop off box for after hours returns, like at other locations. You shouldn't have to rent for the whole weekend or until the next day if you can't make it by close, because the hours are limited, but as a whole it's a great place! I recommend this location if you're in this area. The manager is super nice, also!

  I rented a compact vehicle with the expectation that it would be a fuel-efficient option for my business travel. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle, I immediately noticed that it was missing a hubcap and had not been properly cleaned or vacuumed. I was informed that this was the only vehicle available in the rental class I had reserved and that all other vehicles were already assigned. Approximately 30 minutes into my trip, the tire pressure warning light illuminated. Because I was at the beginning of a long drive, I had to locate a Sheetz to add air to the tires before contacting Enterprise. After I reported the issue, the team agreed to provide a replacement vehicle, which I appreciated. However, resolving a maintenance issue that should have been addressed before the vehicle was rented resulted in approximately two hours of lost travel time during a business trip. Regardless of the rental tier selected, every customer is paying for a vehicle that should be clean, well-maintained, and safe to operate. Those are reasonable expectations and the primary purpose of renting a vehicle. When I returned to exchange the car, I was informed that the replacement vehicle needed to be vacuumed before it could be released. This raised additional concerns, as the vehicle was clearly not ready for a customer. It also had dead bugs on the dashboard, which further suggested that it had not been thoroughly cleaned or inspected. From what I observed, neither vehicle appeared to have been properly sanitized or detailed before being rented. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the condition and preparation of the vehicles at this Enterprise location. I had hoped to make this my preferred location for future business rentals, but after this experience, I have lost confidence in the quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards. Unfortunately, I will not be renting from this location again.

  Definitely would not recommend this place to veterans on active duty traveling. Today my husband was turned away and unable to rent a rental car, because our current address didn't match the address on his driver's license. They said he could not use his debit card so with out a credit card they won't rent the vehicle. So he had to walk 45 minutes to our new home without a car and try to figure out how to get transportation to Fort Knox. He needed that car today to go to Fort Knox, as he is leaving active duty. Their lack of empathy for a veteran shows. I'm out of state packing up our house as he was just placed with a new civilian job in Pittsburgh. Moving around with the military is not easy. They certainly could have tried to be better and more understanding. When it comes down to it, veterans trying to come back into the civilian world is difficult enough. Yes our addresses are different as we are about to move. Have some empathy. Do better.

  I never had to rent a car before but had to as my parked car was totaled. They walked me thru the process and had me in a car within minutes. The return was just as easily and quick.
