  They called me at 8:30 AM and made an appointment at 11:30 to purchase a van, i had to pay a driver to drive my vehicle back after I was going to purchase the vehicle they had, after driving 2 hrs to get to the dealership, they call me when I was a half a mile away and said they had a buyer previously and told me I could look at it if it fell thru, when getting there the manager was very rude, like my time did'mt matter, and did nothing to make it right, if I could give this dealership a negative I would, very bad business to make an appt for someone driving so far and selling it out from under them!!

  Very disappointing experience. I booked a test drive, and less than a day later, I learned the vehicle was sold without any notification. When I arrived at the dealership, I waited over 30 minutes past the scheduled time for an associate, who eventually came from another building and told me the car was already sold. Avoid this dealership if you value good communication and accurate stock information.

  Went in on a Monday to buy a chevy trailblazer rs didn’t have what I wanted found one from a different dealer and I had it by Thursday. Great Service! Thank you Diehl Chevy.

  Service manager, very rude, an unprofessional. I schedule an appointment then I show up for my appointment four days later and he tells me I don't have an appointment, but I did. Then, I tell him why I'm there and he wants to sell me a totally different service. Don't waste your time. I walked out. I kind of feel bad for those people who have to lie to make a living.

  It was a good experience all around. This dealership is so close and convenient and seem to be doing things the right way. We all hope they stick around and continue to serve the community that has served them for the past fifty years or more.
