Had a blowout on a trailer tire. Holiday weekend, no tire shops open. Thank goodness Interstate was open. They were fast and friendly and price didn't gouge me. I really appreciate this business. Don't hesitate if you need help!!!
Thanks for the good service! Our car arrived at the repair shop in good time.

Got me right into a bay & started working on my trailer. Looks like I’ll be back one the road in about an hour!🤩I’ll definitely save them in my phone for future use, just in case.

Got a flat on the turnpike. Scott (I think was his name) was incredibly friendly and cracked jokes which helped to relieve our stress. He provided a tow and transport to a tire shop and explained the process along the way. Very grateful for his services and helping us get back on the road!

My husband and I were driving east on PA Turnpike on a Saturday with about 200 miles to home when my Honda Odyssey van began giving us messages: battery, charging system, ABS disabled, radio screen blank. Just after we pulled over, the entire dashboard went blank. My van has over 223,000 miles on it (lots of recommended maintenance done over the years) so I was shocked we were stranded like this. We called AAA who referred us to Interstate Emergency Service. Scott arrived after a reasonable time and assured us it was likely the alternator and explained that they might have one in the shop, and if not, would be able to get one the next day (Sunday!) and they could take us to a close by hotel in Bedford, near the shop. I felt so relieved hearing this...I do not want to have to buy a new vehicle. I never rode in a tow truck before and was delighted with how spacious and clean Scott's was. Also very much enjoyed talking with him. The crew at the shop got right on it, testing the battery and alternator. Fortunately they had just the right one. We waited in the clean, comfortable waiting area and were on our way home within an hour or so. In addition to Scott, we met Grant, who was also friendly and helpful. SO happy my alternator decided to die on the PA turnpike near Interstate Emergency Services instead of many other terrible scenarios.
