  I’ve always seen the reviews that started with “1 star is too much” - and here I am stating the same. We were renting a rental car which broke down at the breezewood exit. I called and they had a car for us. The issue - we had no way to get there. No Ubers. No Lyfts. No yellow cabs. The clerk said that they could not pick us up because we were over 15 minutes away. We were 25 minutes away. I offered to pay extra money. The clerk said no. My father is a type 1 diabetic and needed his insulin. We told this to the clerk. He still didn’t care. He stuck by the policy. We had to wait for 3 hours for a family member to get to us to be able to drive us home. My dad sat there in the heat while very sick. The owner will probably respond with a comment stating “that’s their policy”. But I hope he/she thinks about how sick my dad was over 10 extra minutes (which I offered to pay for) for 3 hours on a 80+ degree day. I hope the owner never has a family member in this situation. While they technically followed the policy, I hope the readers of this review use this to understand the character and ethics of this business.

  I recently rented a premium truck and let's just say their were issues at time of pick up. Won't go into detail, but I will say that select stuff members need serious training in customer service or should seek other employment. I recommend the latter. I did get in touch with the manager in Altoona, Jaden and he went above and beyond to take care of all the issues. Based on the service and attentiveness I received from Jaden, I did give 4 stars and would rent from them again.
