  I didn't look at their names, but it's 8:28 pm Saturday. They were honestly a blessing from God. My terminal was split from a guy in Weis parking lot. These 2 men did everything right to help me. They're more than 5 stars, it should be a 1,000. I've been there a few times in a little over a week. Thank you for such people who care so much like that. It proves there are still good people.

  These guys are so extremely helpful..We had 2 sheared studs on the turnpike. We were able to crawl to Bedford. I can't express how much this team went out of their way to get us back on the road. Bill Fletcher, not only got us the things we needed, he recommended a shop to take care of our tire and quickly. I can't thank them enough.

  If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. We were towing a camper and our check engine light went on. We made it to Auto Zone and Cody helped us to get the codes read. We are not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars/trucks and thought that the error code was going to end our trip as we had no idea how to make the needed fix. Cody figured out the parts we needed, understood the fix and gave us assurance that the fix was an easier one. He let us know that he would help us and make sure we had the parts and tools needed to make the fix and he did just that. I was feeling very intimidated by what was ahead of us, but Cody got us all of the parts and tools needed and provided guidance. We went back to him a few times as we tried to make the fix and he provided additional parts and tolls as needed. At one point we could not get a part off of the truck and Cody climbed up into the truck and got the piece off and helped replace the spark plug and ignition coils. He did all of this while running the store and checking customers out. Cody provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and did not stop helping us until the fix was made and we were back on the road. Please give him a raise or a promotion because he deserves it! Thank you Cody and AutoZone!

  I came in here two days in a row and a man named David H, wearing a gray shirt, was probably one of the most helpful people I have ever came across. 10/10 Will be back.
