  Jim’s Excel Automotive is excellent. Quinn came out and looked under my Dodge Grand Caravan and said I’ll be back in 15 or 20 minutes. After 10 minutes He brought my Doge back in excellent condition. Wow.

  I stopped in to have them look at my driver side door that wouldn't open. I didn't have an appointment and had never been there before, but they took care of fixing it right away like I was a long-time customer. I was not expecting to have it fixed so quickly! Quinn, the manager, was very helpful and the door works perfectly! Thank you!

  Excel did a great job reparing my very old truck when I banged up the side in that last Ice storm. In my case, aftermarket parts were the right way to go. Jim took the time to scout out what we needed to get me driving again. And that kept the cost down to make fixing my truck possible. Very glad I gave them the work.

  I brought my car to this shop specifically for a vehicle report inspection, and they told me everything was completely fine. They missed major, obvious issues. The A/C doesn’t work at all, and worse, the emergency brake is entirely non-functional. A basic inspection should catch a broken e-brake that’s a blatant safety hazard. If they missed something that critical, I don't trust them to catch anything else. Avoid this place if you actually want an honest, thorough assessment of your vehicle. Unreliable and deeply disappointing

  My vehicle required extensive front end repairs after an accident. Communication was great and they provided follow ups. When I received my vehicle back the repairs and paint were perfect. Highly recommend!
