When I finally found the place (Google's directions took me to the former location rather than the current location, since they moved a few months ago) they told me they could get to my truck as the person who does the state inspection was not there that day. This was extremely frustrating because I have limited time to get work done on my truck. I need it for work and I can't afford to take time off to get these things done. This is a huge problem with using a call center rather than speaking with the shop itself. But I was able to find out how to speak with the shop directly to avoid this situation in the future. So depending on how they handle things at my next appointment... I'm willing to try one more time, I may change my rating.
