  CUSTOMER'S BEWARE do a look over of your vehicle before you leave there!!!! I took my GMC Sierra in for an inspection and exhaust repair after I recently had extensive framework done on the truck which cost almost 3k. I recently purchased it from my mom who had it since new. When I first walked in the service manager didn't seem very friendly like he hated his job or just having a bad day but anyway I requested that they fix an exhaust leak that was up toward the front along with the inspection. They put pipe cement on the leak(something I could have done myself) and I wanted the section replaced or welded that's what I was expecting since that's what they specialize in but they charged me $50.00 extra on my bill for pipe cement? I didn't get two blocks and the exhaust leak returned I ended up replacing the exhaust section myself something that could have been done there keep in mind I recently had a kidney transplant and shouldn't really be doing exhaust work myself. I got another half mile and the hood of the truck came open because they forgot to shut it completely. I was just thankful I caught it fast and pulled over and also that my kids weren't in the truck. This used to be a good garage to go to for repairs I've used them for years but their quality is going downhill and being a business owner myself in trucking and servicing industry that's a total disregard for safety especially overlooking not latching a hood completely. This crew needs a lessons in safety and customer service also a reminder who the customer is. Until that's achieved I'm not going back there.

  I took my car to Monro for a second opinion on my brakes & rotors to pass inspection. They told me my car was fine and we're able to inspect it for me! Great customer service.

  The service there is terrible The mechanic first day had an attitude I asked him to fix my car I told him what I thought was the problem and asked me could he make sure he told me that I asked him to put the piece on so that's what he's going to do whether it was bad or not I did not know then he promised you my car back on a Monday I didn't get it back to Wednesday and yet I had the same problem as when I bought the car in
