    The people here are horrible they confirm car rentals that they do not have. They get angry when you call them out on the nonsense that they are doing business. And they refuse to help rectify the situation. This location doesn’t deserve anyone’s business unless you want screwed over when it means the most

    Booked a standard crossover vehicle (ford explorer or similar) approximately 4 weeks before needing the vehicle for vacation. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they said they had a Nissan Rogue or Jeep Wrangler available. I stated neither of these work as they are not big enough nor do they fall under the category of the standard crossover. Per their website and app, a standard crossover seats 6 people. Neither of these vehicles seat 6 people. The enterprise worker stated the standard crossover can hold up to 6 people but does not have to seat 6. It does not state that clearly anywhere on their website or app if that’s the case. Neither of those cars should be in the same category as a ford explorer or similar to begin with. He later said he would discount us to the more compact suv price. I said no, it’s not about the price right now, it’s about the size that will not work for our vacation. He said sorry I have nothing else available. I asked him what is the point of making a reservation for a specific size and category of car if you are not going to have it available AND if it’s not available the day of or before, at least call?! Instead I show up and they try to give me a vehicle that does not fall under the category I reserved. They acted like it was no big deal and to just take what they have available. I made it clear many times I need something bigger, I wanted a vehicle under the category I reserved. The Enterprise worker said sorry there is nothing he can do. He was rude and did not offer to help in any other way besides I could take what he had in stock. I start calling other enterprises within a 50 mile radius in attempts to find a car, which mind you I feel enterprise should have done this for me. I eventually get sent over via phone to the corporate manager, who’s secretary answers and said the manager would give me a call “shortly” 10-15 minutes to help solve this problem and find me a car. Keep in mind, the enterprise branch I was at is 50 minutes from my home, but there is one 15 minutes from my house. So I’m like do I just sit and wait in the parking lot for this guy to supposedly call me back? I sit and wait. While I’m sitting there I continue to call other rental companies in hopes of finding something. Of course, most other companies did not have anything last minute available, which is the reason I made a reservation with Enterprise far in advance. So, I sit and wait. An hour goes by with no call back. I finally walk back in the store and tell the store manager I am leaving. He tells me his manager is trying to find me a car but he doesn’t know what other store it will be from IF he even finds one. At this point it’s been 1 hr and 20 minutes in the parking lot. Still no call back. I decide to leave AND call back the corporate manager. Again, the lady on the phone tells me “he has your information and will give you a call back shortly.” He finally calls me about 2 hrs 15 minutes after the initial message was left with his secretary. He lets me know they found me a car, but I will have to drive to their beaver falls location, pick up one of their cars, then drive to one of their other locations, the airport, another 30+ minutes away to pick up an SUV that would fit under a the category of vehicle I booked. As I stated before, there is an enterprise 15 minutes from me. He said there was no one available to transfer the car there. Said I would have to come get it aka drive back to the store 50 minutes from my house then drive an additional 30 minutes to the airport. He did not offer any type of discount for this inconvenience other than stating we could bring the car back with and empty tank of gas. I let the corporate manage know I would be cancelling my reservation and he hung up on me. I will say I rented from Enterprise the Calcutta location last year and had an amazing experience. I will not be using the Beaver Falls location again. Enterprise, I do not understand why you can take reservations for vehicles you do not have available.

    Did not get the class of car I paid for. When I challenged this I was told I could get something bigger, for more money. The need for extra insurance was a lie.
