  Ask for Mike, he’s the best! He listened to what I wanted & needed in a vehicle & delivered. I also want to say Eric was extremely helpful in explaining all the extended warranty options & bundling them for me. I’m so pleased with my purchase and all the service I’ve received at Brown-Daub dealership in Bath.

  We always have a great experience. No pressure to purchase from the sales team just an easy going experience. Mike helped us find a truck that worked for our business. Service is always wonderful. Jesse is knowledge and speedy he understands that our livelihood depends on our vehicles and they do their best to keep them running affordably.

  This review is solely for the service department, not sales. I've brought my car here a few times for service, and every time it's returned, the interior is very dirty, but this last time was the worst. It's almost as if they took they car and drove it through a construction site with the windows down - the entire interior was covered in dirt and dust. Additionally, whatever shoes they were wearing must have also been from that construction site because the floors and doors were scuffed and stomped with all this dirt as well. There were leaves and dandelion puffs all over the floor and under the seat. They also must have spilled some a cup of coffee or drink in the center console and never bothered to clean that up. Thanks! I get that they're working on the car in a shop, but this really is excessive. To top it all off, I specifically asked the service writer/advisor, Jesse, to make sure that they do not wash the exterior of my vehicle and specially stated to him that it was ceramic coated and requires specific maintenance, otherwise it could be ruined. After I picked up my car, I checked my dashcam out of curiosity and found a clip of them washing my car with a dirty broom. Nice! I'm giving 2 stars because they were able to resolve my initial issue I brought my vehicle in for, but seriously, why would you treat your customers vehicle like that. I get that it's not your own, but come on, have a little respect for other people's property.
