Had a tire emergency with our Rivian. Cross country trip, picked up a nail somewhere in Oklahoma. These guys were professional, competent, courteous and had us out of there in less than half an hour. They knew EVs, took precautions, and were outstanding. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles here for any tire problem. Good people.

They are amazing!!!
I had an unexpected flat tire during a road trip. When I got there, I was very nervous because I had my two big dogs and two cats in their carriers. Everyone was excited to see them and I was able to be helped even though I had them. They were extremely nice and patient with my pets and I. I was able to get two new tires and it all went smoothly. Thank you again!!!!

Im really disappointed, I spoke with Adam on the phone to just swap 2 front tires and he said I can come, was little bit late I’m gonna be honest but he gived me word so I came. When I came one worker said that’s it’s too late he can’t do it was 4:40. Then I called Adam he didint wanna talk to me and other guy was lying that my car not gonna fit on the lift, but I did my car many times there. I know was little late but Adam promised me so I came. Working hours was till 5 so please change this hours till 4:30 then and you guys don’t gonna have problem for future or not promise something what you can’t do.
