  Jon was respectful throughout. The process was clearly explained and took 45 minutes as most reviews stated. However, he tried lowballing me by reducing the price to 10% of the online quote. We’ve finally settled around 78% of the online quote. I didn’t come here to be bait-and-switched like that. I am a woman. I came for the online reviews on fair pricing and honesty. His initial in-person quote was obviously trying to rip me off. Women buyers please be aware.
