- NWNicholas Wagner2 days ago2.0I called first to explain I needed to be in and out quick today or else another day would be better. The told me to come right away and they’d get it in. It then took over three hours for them to complete the job. If I hadn’t called first to find out how long it should take, it wouldn’t have been so annoying, but apparently they’re down a person in the back. Wrecked my day.

Super chill, easy to talk to, and made the whole process smooth and quick. Everything was explained clearly and I left feeling confident about the service. Definitely recommend asking for Carter if you go there, he’ll take good care of you.

We waited for 3 hours and saw people coming after us get their cars back before us. -1 stars for not giving any updates unless asked. They need to do a better job in keeping customers informed especially when wait times are 3-4 hours. -1 star for long wait times +1 star for tire price (probably not worth the wait time)
- KSKelly SameanApr 29, 20261.0DO NOT HO TO MAVIS ON CITY AVE!!!!! If I could give a zero I would. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life. After complaining about the wait time (3+ hours for a single tire change with an appointment) the manager verbally assaulted me. Called me ugly while following me to my car. He was extremely aggressive and at one point I thought he might hit me. I called the company after where I did receive a call back where the regional manager, Stacy was going to investigate and get back to me. Guess what, she didn't!! I think I'll consult with an attorney on this one. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO MAVIS ON CITY AVE!!!!!!!
- MMM MApr 28, 20263.0Everyone there is polite, professional, and kind. No question about that. Price of the job was great. However, I waited TWO AND A HALF hours for a 22min job. Arrived at 11:55 for an appt at noon. Checked-in. Car sat in the parking lot until exactly 2:30 when they took it in and came out at 2:52. I understand they’re short staffed so I don’t blame any of the employees; that’s a problem for management to fix. On top of that, the manager wouldn’t give a time estimate upon arrival, explicitly stating “I can’t give you a time estimate cuz you gonna hold me to it and be upset when it’s not ready in time..” There has to be a more efficient way about this. Anyway, that was my experience, do with it what you will.
