I brought it in to have four wheels and Alignment done. They did a great job the weight wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be and these guys were very professional they tell you all the details of what's going on they actually show you in advance what the price is going to be and they tell you exactly what the estimate is no surprises no gimmicks. Tires are great they didn't have any stocks that they had to go and pick them up from another store which took no time at all. Great customer service great attitudes friendly warm place definitely recommend someone to go there thank you.

This was probably the worst mechanic experience I've had. The staff would not answer my fiancees questions about their availability or time frame. They did not work on the car until over 2 hours of her being there. They stopped working on the car in the middle of an oil change to take a break without someone else coming over to continue the work. The mechanics got oil on the steering wheel and accessories in the car. Not only that, they charged $90 for an oil change. I will not come back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Delays and more delays... what just became clear is that this is a persistent problem at this location in spite of reviews showing much higher positive ratings than the Firestone Tire place next door!
Two clients here use the delays (when coming as 'walk-ins') to leave and return later in order to negotiate a significant discount on the work. If you have time to waste for that, this is a tip to get your fee reduced!

I had a great experience at this Mavis Tires! The manager and other employees greeted me as soon as I walked in and gathered all the information they needed about my reservation/services. I put a deposit down for two new tires 2 days prior through their website and they called to confirm my appointment and let me know that they received the tires day-of. The manager kept everyone updated on the status of their services constantly which I appreciated; making the wait seem productive. I only waited about 2hrs as there were other customers ahead of me at the time of my appointment. The cost for two new Michelin tires plus installation and balancing was about $450 when booked through their website. If I needed new tires/work in the future, I would definitely return to this location!
I highly suggest reserving your tires online when you make an appointment because it ensures that there is little to no wait for them to be brought in from another shop/warehouse. You must pay a $25 deposit online when booking the appointment but it is subtracted from your total in the end.
For those who like to know exactly what to expect when you arrive: There is parking on the side and back of the building. One of the employees at the desk may go back out to your car with you to get your license plate, mileage, tire size, etc. before going over pricing and taking your key. There is a waiting area with chairs and good A/C as well. The shop is located just down the street from a couple fast food places and gas stations if you wanted to step out while your car is being serviced.

UNDERSTAND I LOVE WRITING POSITIVE REVIEWS.. BECAUSE GENUINE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO COME BY.. The appreciation that I have for the guys that helped me out with my car today is beyond what words can explain.. I forgot to get names but, soon as I entered the establishment I was greeted with care and ease.. My car came with run flat tires ( and from what I learned today, worse decision ever). But the guy took the time to not only sale me the product but to give me the knowledge behind it and broke it down in simple terms for me to understand.. A+ because he TAUGHT me something and that knowledge carries.
We come to pricing and he lets me know the damage, considering this was very unexpected I was up front and said I only have this amount to spare and he replied with “I got you” A+ rapport and trust were being built. He proceeded to find me discounts and promos to help bring down the price.. A+
Now I’ll admit I was only going to get one basic tire to try and save money but he advised me not to do that as it would ruin the cars integrity but I still was like “ I AIN’T GOT IT”Lol…so initially we proceeded with getting the one tire but then my husband intervene via phone call and said listen to him and get two basic tires.Life really be LIFE(ING) and I was just tryna save some coins. LOL.. Anywho I proceeded to asked if we can add on that second tire. The Rep then said “I’m glad your husband was able to persuade you and change your mind because it would’ve really ruined the car. Again A+ because he gave me the autonomy to say no to what he told me but ultimately still wanted the best for me. This experience was really 10/10.. I was worried the whole time and they managed to change my mood with jokes and reassurance..
Please keep in mind people that the price is the price and ultimately it is going to be up to the person to determine if they can help you out.. I’m just thanking God I came the day I came and got the workers I got.
