  Thank God for Enterprise ! I got stood up and, denied for no apparent reasons by that airport location "Payless rent-a-car company" but God works in mysterious ways... And, showed me that Enterprise rent-a-car company cares... And, I was able to continue onward with our families vacation. Thanks again Enterprise ! We can't wait to do business again with you next year !

  The local Bala Cynwyd branch was willing to pick me up (4 minute drive versus a 15 minute walk in the heat!) where I was staying, which made the who process much quicker. Conner who both picked me up and showed me the car was very nice. He answered all my questions about the features on this model and called to check up on me the next day. The office staff was very efficient and pleasant also. Overall it was an excellent experience

  The staff called the day before and gave me the information I needed. Van was ready to go and the whole process was super quick. Maybe spent 20 minutes there from parking to leaving. This option worked great for us while we were in town. This staff seemed to be on top of their game.

  Customer Service was exceptional, Agent {John} was professional, completed my rental agreement process is a timely manner, ensured I was completely satisfied with the Van choice selected and he answered all questions regarding the 15 Passenger Limo Sprinter versus regular 15 Passenger Van choice selections. He assisted with after hours drop off instructions as requested for the evening before rental return due date. The overall Staff at the location Greeted me with a very Friendly Welcome upon arrival. The atmosphere was very energetic and positive for a 7:30 a.m. visit as if they were there hours before waiting just to ensure I was welcome at the location. I truly commend all Employees and even though I have a location within minutes from me this 20+ minutes ride was welcoming and now my permanent location for all my future rentals. I was in and out with rental within 10 minutes and that's excellent customer service especially since I was enroute to work, didn't have to notify Employer of tardiness because I arrived at work with 25 minutes to spare. Again, I truly commend the entire Team for going above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and ensure all my rental questions and need were satisfied.
