  The service at pick up and the car were great. On drop off they were closed because I had an early morning flight. I used the drop box but there were no envelopes for the keys so I hope they find the car in spot 13 and full of gas where I left it!

  Counter associates are professional and prompt. I have not had any issues with renting from National.

  First of all. Wilkes Barre/Scranton Ai r port is just a phenomenal facility. I was the only one at the time of rental at the counter on Friday and when the only one there when I returned on Sunday morning. It was easy to get gas, easy to turn the car in and no problems with the car!

  I believe this is the National rental car at AVP airport in Scranton/wilkesboro airport.. For me they are the worst national I've ever dealt with.. the car I got was dirty and it was only a half a tank of gas in it ... the staff mostly was nice... But they have rules that no other national has.. the whole set up was off.. no help in the lot at all ..Noone QA the car before u take it .my car has dents in it ..they picked a nice vehicle for me..but I I just don't want them to try to blame any deaths or anything like that on me... I don't know but hopefully they step there game up..To rep the National Name brand and repersent it the right way respectfully!!
