  They were able to fit me in last minute. Debbie was fantastic. She is the standard bearer of what customer service is! I will gladly come back for future work.

  I WAS CHARGED $94.10 FOR DIAGNOSTIC WORK WITHOUT BEING TOLD ABOUT THE CHARGE BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE. I brought my vehicle in for a noise. I was not told there would be a $94.10 charge, and nobody asked me to approve that amount before the diagnostic work was done. I only found out about the charge afterward, when the work was already completed. The invoice doesn’t even explain what the $94.10 was for. I was then given a $1,599.71 estimate for repairs. I got a second opinion elsewhere for $49.84. They addressed the hubcap, the noise completely stopped, and they told me the parts Monro recommended replacing were fine. I contacted Monro corporate about the $94.10 charge. They refused to refund it and said I had been notified of the cost beforehand. I WAS NOT.

  UPDATE: Still no refund issued. Will be calling corporate. CON ARTISTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. We found that Monro offered FREE inspections of exhausts and would provide a written estimate of any required repairs. It states that plain as day on their website under the muffle and exhaust section under Auto Services. My son made an appointment on Friday (9/11) to have them take a look at his exhaust. They quoted him $1,300, which another mechanic was able to do for $350, and when we decided to take it elsewhere, they charged him $65. My husband went back down and asked why they charged him as they offered free inspection/estimates, and the older man stated that my son said he wanted a general inspection and that they normally charge $85 but that my son looked young, so they gave him a break on the cost. However, if they did a "general" inspection, they gave my son no paperwork of the general inspection finds. They took advantage of a young kid. The older man stated that he would return the funds and as of today (9/15), the funds have not been refunded. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! SCAM!

  this shoppe has been such a fortunate find for me. tracy and will are nothing less than excellent, the amount of work will did on my car in the span of 24 hours is staggering let alone to the high standard the result was. he replaced both rear wheel bearings one of which welded itself to the backing plate from my neglect, replaced all the ball joints, fixed my front axle from cracking in half, replaced my rear taillight cover that was half attached and shattered, aligned my wheels from the extensive mechanical work he had to do in all of my wheel wells to varying degrees, state emissions inspection and at least three other repairs i can’t recall exactly because of all of the already mentioned repairs. after getting the keys back will wanted to make sure i bring it back in the next couple weeks for him to check on the alignment, since the extensive repairs he had to do he wants to make sure it’s all sitting well after i put some miles on it. he takes pride in his work and absolutely should. he’s a real one. they are good people fundamentally and they comprise a very fair priced, honest, and high quality auto shop. i plan continue to call them for any and all repairs as i have done for the years ive been in pittsburgh.

  They bait and switch you with oupons and what they actually offer is mail in rebates not actual instant coupons and savings. They had mechanics smoking in shop. Theu had to dig to find info about rebates and couldn't really answer questions. Def bait and switch and questionable practices
