  Brought my car in to fix a flat. My brake line was also damaged. They told me it would be done in ~2 hours. It took 6 hours because for 4 of those the new brake line was sitting on a shelf and they did not notice it was delivered. Time was also spent fixing things I did not ask to be addressed (my hood being bent, extra tire stuff). I had to leave to do something, so I asked for the fob to be left behind the wheel so I could pick up/start my car later. It was not there at the time; they sent me a pic at 11pm of it somewhere unfamiliar in the car. Luckily I had a second fob, but when I got on the highway, my brakes did not work 🙃 I nearly hit someone. They told me it was done. I guess they did not test it. Really stressful; they charged me ~$750. Refused to do a partial refund for the ~$400 brake labor charge without me paying $145 to get it towed back to the store so they could re-inspect it. They said they bled the brakes and tested the car for a mile, but after only a few pumps the pedal goes to the floor. No puddle around the spot or anything. Tl:dr, they half-fixed my car for an already large amount of money, told me it was fixed, nearly caused an accident, then refused to return any money I gave them for services they did not perform.

  I wish I could give star in negative. Very unprofessional people. Took appointment at 8 in morning and they had one lady on counter. Had me wait for one hour and my car still sitting out for oil change. Very unprofessional people. Lady said no body wants to work then why the location still open? Never coming back here and leaving without work done

  I got a flat tire on Ohio River Boulevard. I was able to get to this shop. They immediately came to help me. The mechanic assured me that he would get me out as quickly as possible. I was very impressed and happy with their service here. Thank you so much!

  I've had work done on my car by two different mechanics, both of which told me I needed a wheel alignment. Just recently received a flat tire due to the fact that my car isn't aligned properly. Made an appointment ahead of time by calling and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen then after over an hour they brought my car back only to tell me I didn't need an alignment which I clearly do because they didn't want to do the work it takes to check my alignment. Basically set me up for a flat tire on the side of the road somewhere if I didn't know better. Then after I told them that I knew I needed an alignment for sure. The office woman went to tell the mechanic and giving back my keys while I walked other cars. Be pulled into the garage only to come back and tell me they expected me to wait another hour plus for the work that I had called ahead and made an appointment to get. So beware that if they don't want to do the work you may either have to wait multiple hours to get any minor work done.
