  Weirdo behind the counter kept talking weirdo politics stuff - stick to the cars buddy! I kept nodding and saying “yeah” hoping he’d change the subject but he just went on and on, not going back.

  From the moment I walked into NTB, the entire experience felt professional, welcoming, and genuinely customer focused. It’s not often you find an automotive shop that makes you feel completely comfortable and taken care of, but this location absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. The staff was incredibly attentive, transparent, and patient while explaining everything my vehicle needed without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. The atmosphere was organized, efficient, and positive, and you could immediately tell the team takes pride in both their work and the way they treat customers. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of service gave me complete confidence the job was done right the first time. A huge reason this visit stood out so much was Assistant Manager Mylee. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish and carried herself with professionalism, confidence, and genuine kindness the entire time. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process, kept me updated throughout the service, and made sure every concern I had was addressed thoroughly. It’s rare to meet someone in customer service who balances efficiency and personality so perfectly, but Mylee truly made the entire experience memorable. Her leadership and dedication were obvious in the way the shop operated and in how smoothly everything was handled. NTB is incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing their business, and because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.

  Car had windshield wiper blades that were 1 month old. No streaking or anything. I took the vehicle in to get inspected and they told me it would not pass inspection as it needed wiper blades!! Total rip off as they know you need it to pass or you lose you money you paid for your inspection!! Don’t go there for inspections as you will always pay more than your basic inspection price!!

The team didn’t just treat me like another customer—they made me feel like my time, concerns, and vehicle truly mattered. What really stood out was their transparency and expertise. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or upselling. Every recommendation felt honest and rooted in what was actually best for me, not just what would make them the most money. That kind of integrity goes a long way. I also want to take a moment to recognize the two female managers, who were nothing short of exceptional. Their leadership was evident in every interaction—confident, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. They carried themselves with a level of professionalism and care that set the tone for the entire shop. You could tell they take pride in what they do and in the team they lead. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I left completely satisfied, and that kind of dedication does not go unnoticed. The efficiency was just as impressive. Despite how busy they were, everything was handled in a timely and organized manner, and the quality of the work was clearly top-tier. My vehicle is running smoother than it has in a long time, and that peace of mind is priceless. On top of all that, the atmosphere was welcoming and positive—something you don’t always expect from an auto service shop. It’s clear the team takes pride not only in their work but in how they treat people.   Had an alignment done which has a 90 day warranty and they messed it up. Stuff is loose in the front now, clunking, and when turning the wheel it hits the inner wheel well. Have brought vehicle up here twice now to try and get it fixed the right way and the first time was told 3 - 4 hour wait which I could not wait that long. Now today being told they are not sure how long it would be before they could fix it. Meanwhile people are showing up and their vehicles are going into the shop area right away. Only thing the lady working did was hand me corporates number and walk away. Never took the keys for my vehicle, nothing. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY MESSED UP MY VEHICLE AND IT’S NOT EVEN SAFE TO DRIVE AFTER I JUST SPENT ALL KINDS OF MONEY REPLACING PARTS SO I COULD GET AN ALIGNMENT DONE. NOW THEY ARE GIVING ME A HARD TIME ABOUT FIXING THEIR MESS UP WHEN THE WORK HAS A WARRANTY.
