  Stopped in to have our propane tank filled. The man who came out couldn't fill it and said there might be a blockage and they could look at it. We had enough propane to finish our trip so we thanked him and went on our way. We found a small, independent RV sales place near where we stayed a few days later and decided to ask them to try to fill it. The man filled it with no problem. Best case scenario, the man at Camping World just didn't know what he was doing. Worst case, he was trying to get us to spend money on unnecessary repairs. Either way, we won't be back to that Camping World.

  DON'T EVER GO TO CAMPPING WORLD! WHO THE HELL SALES A RV CAMPER AND WHEN YOU GO TO DO THE FINAL WALK AROUND TRIES TO GIVE YOU A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CAMPER!!!! As I'm sure you can tell we were ANYTHING but pleased! HOWEVER we went to MEYER'S RV FANTASTIC GROUP OF PEOPLE HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We bought a BRAND new 2026 for $1,500.00 more then CAMPING WORLD WANTED FOR A USED 2022! SHOWS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY !

  We just bought a fifth wheel from here. Amanda took great care of us. She listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly what we wanted. The hospitality from everyone there was awesome. Absolutely highly recommend doing business here. Thank you to everyone at Camping World for the great experience!!

  My boyfriend and I visited this business just yesterday and received the most horrible experience ever. He was in the mindset to buy a camper and take it home but that is the farthest thing from what actually transpired. He not only has the highest credit rating possible therefore being approved instantly for any loan he desires to apply for but he could have also simply wrote a check for the full amount of the camper he had chosen. Sadly due to the poor customer service we received a sale was not made . I am not sure if the salesman was inexperienced or just a complete fool but he watched the easiest sale of his career walk out the door. All without even the slightest attempt or apology to due diligence to making the customer happy. What has happened to customer satisfaction? Is there not manners or respect taught today? Is as if we, the customers, are to be the ones to serve the retailers instead of them serving us. I am still shaking my head at the insolence and arrogance displayed at this place of business

  ​lSTAY AWAY: Great Sales, NIGHTMARE Service ​Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ ​Don't be fooled by the sales process. While the buying experience was great, that’s where the "customer service" ends. As I quickly found out, the service after the sale is what actually matters, and at this place, it is non-existent. ​If you have an issue with your camper, you're looking at a month-long wait just to get an appointment, and that’s if you can even get a hold of them. I was put in a "call queue" and never even received a callback. ​The attitude from the service department is the worst part. When I brought up these issues, the guy literally told me he "doesn't care" about a bad review. It’s clear they have your money now, so they have no incentive to help you. ​The only person who showed any competence was Breesa at the front desk. She did the best she could to help me, but she’s unfortunately the only one there trying. ​Bottom line: If you want a dealership that stands behind what they sell, steer clear of this place. Go somewhere that actually values your time and your business after the papers are signed. I added my call log photo to show the outgoing calls to Camping world with no call backs!!! Again Avoid them at all costs!!!
