  First time stopping at this Valvoline for an oil change. They had me wait in the car which I thought was odd, since it was quite warm, around 80deg. And I was in for the service about 40 minutes. But it turns it I'm glad I was in the car. The crew had a very difficult time with the oil filter on my car. The car was rocking several times and I could hear them struggling. When the tech came out from the pit he said it took two of them to force it in there and get it tightened. I asked point blank if everything is alright and and everything is done okay and they cross threaded anything. The workers advised everything was fine. I also requested a tire rotation, but I was told they could not do that becaue it was too hot and the lug nuts were swollen... At this point I didn't care and actually preferred they didn't. I checked my oil levels and looked at the oil filter when I go home. Oil level seems to be fine, however there looks like there is damage on whatever is next to the oil filter. Also there was oil hand prints all over my hood and on the engine cover. I cannot recommend this location for an oil change and will not be returning

  I went to the altoona location for a oil change on May 2nd a week later I was hearing a feedback echo noise when letting off the gas pedal so my husband checked under the hood and seen that they didn't put the air filter cap back on right which in return could have caused a lot of damage if we didn't check under the hood they have one job to do im very upset

  Was very quicj and the staff were very nice and answeres any questions that i had. Would definitly recome d to friends and family . Iwas able to just go and get my il change without needing an appointment .being able to stay in my vehicle was a different experience i enjoyed it because i was able to see what the techs were doing the whole time
