  Was in and out quickly. The staff was courteous and helpful. A little pricey but my time is valuable too so it was worth it.

  Needed an oil and filter change and tire rotation and was pleased when my husband took his car recently. So, I went after work and it was quick. Because they were rotating my tires or because they didn't want me to have to wait in the heat which it wasn't very warm out, they showed me to the waiting area half of the way through. They did not try to upsell me though I would have been okay with them notifying me if something was wrong or with any recommendations. They showed me that they were putting the lug nut key back in my car and they also wiped their fingerprints off my car. The only discrepancy that I noticed so far is that the receipt states that they reset the oil indicator light but I actually had to ask them to do that before I left after they had printed that and I was ready to go. No big deal though, I certainly will return because it is faster than going elsewhere and they seem honest compared to another nearby place.

  I recently visited this Valvoline for an oil change, and while I was there, I witnessed an interaction between employees that was concerning enough that I feel compelled to leave a review. During my visit, I observed an employee being repeatedly yelled at and spoken to in a very disrespectful manner by a coworker over what appeared to be relatively minor mistakes. There was also profanity and an unnecessarily hostile tone. What was even more concerning was seeing similar behavior from an assistant manager toward the same employee. I understand that automotive service can be a fast-paced and stressful environment, and employees are going to make mistakes. However, there is a big difference between providing constructive feedback and repeatedly yelling at, cursing at, or belittling someone. From a customer's perspective, it made the workplace atmosphere uncomfortable to witness. I also became concerned hearing discussion surrounding employee performance and numbers in a way that seemed unnecessarily negative and potentially unfair. I'm leaving this review not to attack anyone personally, but because I believe customers and prospective employees should be aware of the environment they may encounter at this location. Employees deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, even when mistakes are made. I hope Valvoline takes concerns about how employees are treated seriously and looks into what is happening at this location.
