  I was traveling alone and had a slow leak in my tire. I walked in with no appointment, and they were so kind and fixed my tire quickly. Thank you Monroe Auto Service!

  Busy location where it appeared only one employee knew how to do everything and he was correcting all of the other service technicians. I was there for a 4 wheel alignment that took much longer than it should have, seeing only minor adjustments were needed. Tech did not test drive my vehicle. I drove it for 30 seconds and realized the vehicle tracked well but my steering wheel was more than 5 degrees out of alignment with the wheels. I took my vehicle back, the tech made adjustments and gave my vehicle back with the steering wheel out a couple of degrees in the opposite direction. I guess quality work and attention to detail are too much to ask for.

  Was just passing thru i hit a curb so I needed to have them look at the tire they did and could not supply the right tire but did recommend Discount tires and Discount was came out check said it was ok
