  I don’t rent very often, but I do rent every 6 months as I need a car for traveling for medical appointments. I used to praise this location for its prompt and friendly service. I was always treated fantastically and never had any issues. Now fast forward to about 2 years ago or so. I usually place my rental order a month in advance because I know my appointments. Well, I like to rent nicer vehicles so I rented a jeep wrangler. I got the vehicle the first time I rented it and I loved it. So I attempted to continue to try and rent that vehicle when I rented. Well, I believe it was the last 2 or 3 times I rented I reserved the Jeep only to show up to pick it up and it be a different car. They claimed they called and informed me of the changes, they never did. I did receive calls, but the voicemails specifically stated rental was confirmed and they would see me next day. Everytime I tried to talk to somebody about the mix up I was always brushed off. Well the last time I rented in April of 2026 the same thing happened. Got the confirmation call went to pick the Jeep up and it wasn’t a Jeep. I feel if you can’t provide the vehicle you need to remove it from your site. Well, when we turned the vehicle back in spoke with Micheal Banda and he explained the reasoning behind the Jeep situation and I understood, but told him he should still remove from site. He apologized and explained how he would get me enough points for a free day rental, never happened. So unfortunately I had to do a last minute rental yesterday afternoon at 3 and everything was confirmed then just got the call this morning they can’t fulfill my reservation. Thank you for ruining my day. I do not believe I will be using this service anymore and if I do I will most definitely not be using this location. Poor customer service. Loved your site in the beginning because you all really helped now it seems like you could care less.

  Friendly staff, easy check in and return of rental car. The car was clean and ready to go when we arrived.

  They pick you up and drop you off so you can make it to work. They try their best to make sure they give you a car similar to yours so you're comfortable. The only thing that worried me was the breaks on the vehicle I think need replaced because I really had to press on them other than that no issues.

  Horrible place to rent a vehicle from. I rented a crossover “premium” and made it about 30miles down the road before a 400mile road trip and the tire light came on when I left with the vehicle, I got a text to my phone saying you can contact us here if you need anything so obviously I told them about the tire To still even this day, not have a response about the tire… Ontop of the fact it took me 10+ mins to figure out how to work the car was handed the keys and told here ya go. (Granted im a grown man i figured it out its the principal of customer service..) While awaiting the bill for said vehicle i have not got any receipt or confirmation of drop off, I could not get anyone on the phone for almost another week. Do not recommend using this office.
