  Horrible place to rent a vehicle from. I rented a crossover “premium” and made it about 30miles down the road before a 400mile road trip and the tire light came on when I left with the vehicle, I got a text to my phone saying you can contact us here if you need anything so obviously I told them about the tire To still even this day, not have a response about the tire… Ontop of the fact it took me 10+ mins to figure out how to work the car was handed the keys and told here ya go. (Granted im a grown man i figured it out its the principal of customer service..) While awaiting the bill for said vehicle i have not got any receipt or confirmation of drop off, I could not get anyone on the phone for almost another week. Do not recommend using this office.

  Have had quite a few Rental cars at this Enterprise location. Always have a great experience. Staff is friendly and professional, and the pricing is very reasonable.

  Booked a car rental online drove 30 miles to pick up the vehicle walked in building and was told they had no vehicles to rent. Was told they tried calling me looked no missed calls. Then was told they emailed me as soon as they got the online order. I looked they emailed me 45 minutes after I booked the rental. I had already left to pick up the vehicle. Very bad service will never go again.

  Don’t trust your reservation… I wasted thousands of $ with a one-way flight out and to drive a car I RESERVED and received CONFIRMATION on back, for my business. They didn’t have the vehicle from my reservation and could not supply the vehicle I reserved. Multiple locations in PA. Disgrace. They will not try to make it right. I won’t bother responding…. They said “sorry” and left me high and dry on the phone. No options. No solution. Leave a customer that had a confirmed reservation high and dry 30 hours away from home and no way to haul the item back home. Despicable. Even their rep in Altoona said don’t bother filing a complaint to be reimbursed, I will never see the money/get a response. (Jaden)
