  I was in the market and in the beginning stages of looking at vehicles. Trent was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the perfect SUV. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable, answering every question and going above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. It’s hard to find someone so honest and dedicated in customer service these days, and I truly appreciated all of Trent's hard work! I purchased a 2025 GMC Terrain Elevation. Trent made the overall buying process super easy. If you're in the need of a vehicle go see Trent at Blaise Alexander in Altoona and tell him I sent ya.   They bug you z& email you for weeks until you set up an appointment then when you get there, the person who's been bugging you for weeks cant even take the time to meet with you & shoves you off on someone else.

  Got roped into buying a vehicle I didn't really want at their state college location. Have issues with the car. Altoona location send me a thing that I can trade in my existing vehicle with promise of helping to pay it off and get me into another vehicle with little to nothing down. Wouldn't take my vehicle as a trade because of the issues with it and that "unless I had money to put down on another vehicle there is nothing they can do to help.". Very disappointed, pretty sure the thing they sent in the mail was a scam because i didn't even to get to speak to anybody regarding the program that they were holding. They kept the letter that was sent, very suspicious. So screwed up my credit score even more for nothing. I don't trust this company, I lost a lot of the trust when the vehicle started to go to crap, lost the rest of my trust and respect after this last incident.

  Today I purchased a car for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Chris Simpson is always wonderful to deal with as this is probably the 20th car I’ve purchased from him. Nathan Kidd was the salesman assisting today with the purchase of the vehicle. Always a joy to deal with humble people when purchasing a car. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. My daughter is super happy today with her new vehicle. Thank you guys. ❤️.

  All the stars… ! BUYERS BEWARE! I want to make it clear that management at Blaise Alexander has failed to address a very serious issue involving one of their salespeople, Damien. I would strongly recommend avoiding Blaise Alexander in Altoona if you're shopping for a vehicle. I purchased a truck from them, and the very next day I noticed something was wrong. Everywhere I went, people kept asking me where I bought it. Complete inconvenience. After I left the dealership, Damien called to make sure everything was okay. At first, I thought this was normal customer service. Looking back, I now realize this was just the beginning. While shopping for the vehicle, I made the mistake of mentioning that I had recently started going to the gym. Damien then proceeded to stand there looking like he was carved out of granite and wrapped in tattoos. As a result, my confidence has never fully recovered. To make matters worse, every employee I spoke with seemed to genuinely like him. This should have been my first red flag. The entire experience felt suspicious from start to finish. During the sale, Damien was polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Nobody should be that calm while simultaneously looking like they could bench press a pickup truck. At one point I watched him move a display stand by himself. Was it heavy? I don't know. But he moved it with the ease of a man carrying a loaf of bread, and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. When I returned to the dealership, several customers greeted him by name. One older gentleman even called him "my guy." It felt less like a dealership and more like a fan club. They repeatedly acted like Damien was some sort of asset to the company. Based on my experience, I can confirm this appears to be true. I spent a large amount of money on a vehicle and expected a normal buying experience. Instead, I was forced to deal with a salesperson who was professional, helpful, and entirely too cool for the average person to compete with. Buyers beware — if you visit this dealership, there is a strong possibility you'll leave with a vehicle, a positive experience, and unrealistic expectations of what all salespeople should be like. At this point, someone higher than local management needs to reach out to me and explain how Damien became the main character of a car dealership.
