  Where do I even start. I listed my car on marketplace for sale as I didn’t need it. I was approached by a buyer from Blaise and asked all the necessary questions. She gave me an offer of 7500 which I was okay with. I said I’d take it and got an appointment scheduled. I get to the dealer ship and got our salesman Nathan. Nathan and the buyer Kishi were awesome. Once the lot manager took all my information and test drove my car the lot manager came back and said we really don’t want it and that it won’t even go on their lot as it’s not worthy. The lot manager then offered me 6500 as a “favor”. Keep in mind I was offered 7500 dollars. I pulled up their website and showed them vehicles they have for 6500 and said do you really think I’m going to take that when that amount could buy me this. (2011 Kia with 140k miles.) he (lot manager) said that it was not his website even tho it was and he proceeded to tell me they didn’t get 24 dealerships from ripping people off. I was so heated at this moment as they were actively trying to rip me off as a seller. I stated they also didn’t get 24 dealerships from backing out of deals. We argued for about 15 minutes. They finally agreed to the price THEY GAVE ME. Now I don’t care about selling it for 7500 because again I didn’t need it but do not tell me you don’t want it and it won’t even make the lot then have it posted on your website for 4500 markup not even a week later… Second part. Once the deal was done I was told to come back Monday for my check as there was nobody there to sign on Saturday. I was okay with this and understood. I come in Monday and they stated they didn’t even have my check and that I needed to come back the following day. I live 40 minutes away from this dealer so this annoyed me. No gas card offered or even an additional 20 bucks for the hassle. I get the check the following day and it was dated the prior day. The day I came in the first time… Nathan (salesman in photo of car) and Kishi (buyer on Facebook) were great I cannot stress that enough leaving a 1 star review. But everyone else in this transaction was terrible. If you do buy a car here please use Nathan as your sales guy. There was no bs and he was understanding on my end of the frustration. Never buying a car here and never selling a car here again even if it’s double what someone else offers. Shady and poor customer experience. This is my second time with a terrible experience here. First time as a buyer too. (I waited to write this review till the check cleared because I wouldn’t put it past them to stop pay it for writing this after the experience I had…)

  DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM!!! I looked at a chevy Silverado that was over priced and dented to hell and back! They also sold my best friend a jeep with a bad transmission. They supposedly replaced the transmission and sent it to be programmed at another dealership only to find out FROM THE OTHER DESLERSHIP THATS THE TRANSMISSION THEY JUST PUT IN WAS JUNK TOO!!! She only had the car for 5 days! This place is ridiculous do not buy a vehicle from here!

  I had a great first experience at Blaise Alexander this past week. Joel Geesey was helpful, kind, and so awesome to work with. I highly recommend going to see him for a great deal!

  Very happy with the service department,sales however leaves a lot to be desired..pestered me with messages about being interested in my truck when I come for service. I was like OK I'll listen so I test drove two vehicles one of which I was really interested in said this is my current payment wanna stay at or below it he said OK then came back at me with payments 200 higher than I'm currently paying an one vehicle was cheaper than what I paid for mine an the other was only 1600 more than I paid so since I wouldn't bite on the higher payments an told them there is definitely room to do better now I got blown off an totally ignored now so my next vehicle will most definitely be from somewhere else

  Wish it could be 0/5. Terrible experience. Had an appointment at 5pm. Received confirmation from a phone call at 12pm. We drove 2 hours to look at the vehicle and when we got here we were told the vehicle was sold this morning. Then we were told that the people that handle their phone calls and customer service are not even in the building. Person working in sales did not apologize, just simple said their isn’t anything he can do. Also made us wait 30 minutes to realize the car was sold. When we explained how this was very inconvenient and something should change with how they handle that, he laughed and smiled and said to have a good day. Terribly run business!
