  Unacceptable service, lies, zero safety accountability, and hostile management at Blaise Alexander Chevrolet.I paid a premium $160 labor fee to have an official GM accessory dashcam installed on my brand-new Trax 2RS, and it has been a total nightmare of poor quality and dishonesty.Visit 1: The technician completely botched the wiring, leaving critical pins unseated in the power harness module. This caused the camera to short out and loudly blare a non-stop electrical reboot voice loop. The mechanic completely ignored this loud loop right in front of him, and the service desk actively lied to my face, trying to get me to leave with a broken system by claiming it was 'just an issue with my phone app.' I had to double down just to get them to acknowledge it. They also plugged the rear video wire into the wrong port and mounted the rear camera completely upside down.Visit 2: I had to waste my time coming back to get their initial mistakes fixed. While shifting the front camera view, the technician rushed the job, touched the heavy-duty adhesive tape with greasy, dirty hands, and trapped massive air bubbles under the pad.The Safety Hazard: A week later, the entire unit collapsed off the windshield and fell while I was actively driving on the highway, creating a terrifying cockpit distraction that almost caused a major crash.Visit 3 (Today): I returned to have this severe safety liability fixed. Instead of apologizing for a hazardous mistake caused entirely by his shop's negligence, the General Manager was completely dismissive. He claimed 'fixing it for free' under warranty was my compensation and hostilely accused me of 'making a scene' simply for calmly holding them accountable to a basic safety standard.This dealership will happily take your money upfront, but they will lie to your face, ignore blatant hardware failures, dismiss physical driving hazards, and turn hostile when caught. Avoid this service department at all costs.

  Amazing experience!!! Damian Lascoli was incredible. He was kind patient and made our vehicle purchase an easy no pressure all around experience. We will return here for our next vehicle trade/purchase with confidence!!! 15 outta 10 recommend!!!!

  A genuinely aggravating and disappointing buying experience. I drove over two hours to see a vehicle that was specifically scheduled for us (or so we thought). We arrived, test‑drove it, inspected it, talked numbers, and went through the entire financing process. My bank even attempted to send funds same‑day, but we were told the finance department had already gone home — at 4 PM, which was baffling. So we arranged for the bank to send the funds with a 48‑hour posting window. At no point during any of this were we told that we wouldn’t be able to take the vehicle home the same day because of the transfer timeline. That detail was dropped on us only at the very end. Still, we agreed to come back once the funds cleared and pick up the vehicle. Then the very next day, I got a call saying the car had been sold the night before — and that there had been another appointment for it after ours. Meaning while we were actively agreeing to purchase the vehicle, they already knew someone else was lined up to see it. The bare minimum would have been to suggest placing a hold on the vehicle until pickup. Tyler, the salesman, was polite, but clearly inexperienced — only three months in and it showed. Hopefully he doesn’t learn from manager Christian, who offered zero transparency and even less problem‑solving. This was a complete waste of time, gas, and energy. I’d rather go back into the military than deal with an experience like this again. Do not recommend.

  Scheduled a test drive for today at 1 o'clock, get there at 12:30 and tell the salesman what I'm there for and what vehicle I was there to look at and drive, he then tells me that said vehicle isn't there, it's at the lewisburg location, well then why was I scheduled to test drive this vehicle at altoona? This is the 2nd time that has happened with me at this dealership. And I've been receiving text messages and Facebook messages from blaise saying about the incentives and they will give 4k above the value of your trade in, but when I get there to have my vehicle appraised, they tell me I'm not qualified to receive those incentives. I will not be doing any future business with blaise.

  My experience was awesome. I had Curt Dunchak as a salesman. It was my first time purchasing a car but he took care of me and made the process super easy. Everyone there was friendly. Environment was super clean. I would recommend purchasing your car here. I did the application and literally within 24 hours I was driving my car off the lot. I wont go anywhere else!!
