Took my car there for tires and the manager bill straight lied about my sensor being bad. After I told him what a bad experience I previously there and he was the new manager and assured me that he would take care of me. Told me the sensor was bad even though there’s no light on the dash at all and I know that they are bad when it blinks when you turn your car on and than holds study. That’s how you know you got a bad sensor. I’ve dealt with this problem on my wife’s car. This all happened after I got tires on and as far as I’m concerned even if it was broken (which it wasn’t) it was not broken when I arrived so obviously they broke it. I even told him that the stem wasn’t seated right inside the valve stem. And that’s where it was losing air. He said I didn’t know what I was talking about and it’s a bad sensor without question. I took the car to a different tire shop and lo and behold it was little stem inside the valve stem was bad and old even though he assured me they replace all of them with every tire change. This place is dishonest and is out to scam people at every turn. Highly recommend not going here cause I can promise your car will magically develop problems it did t previously have.

Adam got me in right away for a last minute, full synthetic oil change for my Infiniti Q60 Red Sport. He was the perfect combination of professional & friendly, as he informed me of the upcoming services recommended for my vehicle without being a pushy salesperson. He took extra care with my aftermarket mods & I was in & out faster than any place specializing in this service. Highly recommend & because of him, I’d send my family members there without a second thought. Online coupons but reasonably priced either way. 👍👍

After over 10 years of going here with good service, it saddens me to leave a bad review and say good bye. I had an inspection date set for a week out before it was past due. When I arrived I was told they had to cancel on me because their emissions equipment had broken down. I rescheduled for the following (and last week in the month before the stickers would be out of compliance). I arrived the following week only to find that the equipment was still out of service, but that my inspection could be done across the road at Mr. Tire. Ok, fine. When I presented my insurance and owners card documents, the manager began giving me attitude with the insurance card date. The policy ended on Aug 1, but also renewed after that date. Instead of double checking, I found his overall demeanor and rude attitude irritating and quite frankly, maddening. He finally checked the situation with a technician, who told him that the insurance card would be acceptable as it was. He provided no apology...his comments were incendiary & the following argument which insued caught him in a total lie. He claimed to have called me the week before to let me know about their equipment failure. This was a total falsehood. If indeed this was the case, then why did I drive to the initial appointment the week before? I wouldn't have shown up if I would have been told this information. Complete liar. This whole situation could have been easily diffused with a few simple reassurances like, "just a moment, let me check this" and, "I'm sure we can work this out'. Treating the customer as though they ARE the problem, obviously displaying attitude at the same time is a recipe for disaster. A short in house course on customer service would definitely be the recommendation here. Not happy, not satisfied. Will never return.

About 2 months ago I took my car here to get diagnosed for a noise. They told me it was no charge, which I thought was very kind of them. I show up at my appointment, guy was asking what the noise was and we told him it sounded like metal on metal. Took the car on probably a 1-2 minute car ride down the street, lifts the car up and we get a phone call that the car is ready to be picked up. This noise has been going on for quite some time now and have taken it to about 3 shops and nobody has been able to help me, but at least the other shops were respectful about it. We come back to pick the car up and the “mechanic” tells me he did not hear the noises I was describing at all. Which is absolutely crazy to me because you get in the car move one inch and it makes the noise. He told me he ripped the plastic off under the car thinking it was that, even after we told him it was metal on metal. No big deal, not worried about it in the first place.. but if he didn’t hear the noise why was he trying to “fix” the problem in the first place. I called back today and spoke with the store manager. Conversation started off fine but than was getting smart with his words (all over plastic) WHICH I DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IN THE FIRST PLACE. I was calling to schedule another appointment to see if maybe they could take a look at the car again, but instead I was met with the most ignorant people. It gets irritating when people say they will help you but do the complete opposite. This place isn’t worth my breath, and I do believe people have had good experiences here but unfortunately I was not one of them! I will not bring my car here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone. I would have much rather paid someone to look at it if it meant they actually took their time and cared instead of wasting my time. I will be waiting to hear the response to this, cause I know it’s just gonna be great. But I don’t got the energy to listen to the nonsense anymore! I have an appointment with a company who has already gave me advice over the phone instead of dismissing me completely! Respect goes a long way and you won’t get it from this place!

Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Was the only car / person in the shop. Had to work in a few hours. My car was just lifted, while the one worker sat on the computer, and the other worker was chilling and standing around. After 40-50 minutes I asked how long it usually takes (the worker looked puzzled) then I said forget the tire rotation I need to go into work soon. After telling the worker this he got out of chair and put my tires back on the car. Then apologized saying he didn’t realize I was there for an hour. (Again, i was the only person and car in the shop) — the person “working on my car” was in slow motion and once I mentioned I had to go into work they got energy and put my tires back on within minutes? I’ve never experienced such a long wait or low effort before. Won’t be going back. (Hampton Twp Location)
