  Extremely disappointed with the service here. We walked in ready to engage, but the salesperson greeted us with a major attitude. They didn't ask a single question to understand what we were looking for, even after we told them we already have a Volvo and wanted an additional car. They gave bare-minimum, one-word answers to our questions, can't even remember the name of the old guy... It felt like we were an inconvenience to them. Definitely taking our business elsewhere which is a shame because we love our XC60 and we're looking for potentially an XC90.

  We’ve owned Volvos for over 20 years and had previously purchased from the same dealer and salesperson. In our minds there was no one better. Unfortunately, when our longtime salesperson was no longer there, we felt a little lost during our recent search for an XC90. After finding the car we thought we wanted, we visited Scott Volvo. From our first interaction with Kevin, the sales manager — even though it was brief — we immediately felt comfortable. He came across as genuine and just one of the good guys. A few days later we returned and Kevin introduced us to Howard, our salesperson. We were deciding between two XC90s, and I’ll be the first to admit we are openly a bit high-maintenance buyers. Howard never once made us feel rushed. He set us up to drive both vehicles and even accommodated our request to have one washed while we drove the other. Then he washed the second one while we were test driving so we could see both vehicles in the sunlight and really evaluate the exterior colors. Howard spent time explaining the differences in the stereo options and thoughtfully answered what felt like an endless list of questions from us. He was probably the most knowledgeable, level-headed, and kind salesperson we’ve ever worked with. He took the time needed to make us comfortable and truly build a relationship. We ultimately purchased a Platinum Gray XC90 Ultimate, and Howard then walked us through every screen, function, and feature in the vehicle. It honestly felt like he helped design the system — that’s how knowledgeable he was. Throughout the entire process we felt completely at ease. When we met with Mike in finance, the experience continued the same way: kind, knowledgeable, patient, and absolutely no high-pressure tactics. Just another good guy. We truly appreciate the professional and thoughtful way Kevin, Howard, and Mike handled our purchase. At no point did we feel like a number — we felt like people, the way buying a car used to be. The relationship clearly mattered to them, and it made a real difference for us. As long as these gentlemen are at Scott Volvo, there’s no question this will be the only place we buy our Volvos going forward.

  I want to share my experience with two advisors at Scott Volvo: Michael Mohrey and Seth Lopez. Both of them are respectful, patient, professional and great sence of humor. They take time to explain what’s going on with the vehicle, and they communicate in a clear and honest way. They treat customers with care and represent the dealership in a positive manner. Because of their service and attitude, I trust them and value their help. That said, I do feel the need to express a concern. Scott Volvo advertises that they provide car wash which I refused because of the weather conditions and vacuum service for vehicles during service appointments, but vacuuming was not done during my visit. As a CUSTOMER bringing business to the dealership, I expect the full service experience that is promoted to all customers—nothing more, nothing less. I would encourage management to take these customer experiences seriously and ensure that all services promised are delivered consistently. I’m saying this respectfully, because I want the dealership to maintain the high standards that advisors like Michael and Seth work hard to uphold
