  My experience at Outten in Allentown was exceptional from start to finish, Joseph Derenzo, my Sales Consultant, was professional, courteous, helpful and made the buying process enjoyable. Garrett Gouger, Finance Manager, explained all my options and got all paperwork signed in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to consider Outten Allentown when shopping for a new car. I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

  Buying a car is usually like getting a root canal, and I know because I work in a dental office! Our office treats everyone as a family member and that's how I was treated at Outten from the get go! David Walker my salesman and Garrett Gouger my finance manager were both outstanding from test drive to signing! Highly recommend both! Down to earth, very friendly, and took the anxiety out of me. Ask for them both and you'll have a smooth transition from trade in to new ride!!

  I cannot say enough good things about David. This was my first car purchase and, more importantly, my first time getting back on the road since a devastating accident in 2022 that completely changed the dynamic of my life and body. After spending 15 months hospitalized recovering, getting back behind the wheel again was an incredibly emotional and nerve-wracking experience. David was patient, understanding, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was that he was never pushy, which most salesman can be. He was gentle, gave me space, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. This was the rapport I needed to complete my sale.
