  Showed up with a 2008 Altima, David W and Garret did an amazing job getting me into a 2026 trax! Listened to everything I had to say, went back and forth with the bank to ensure I walked out with the monthly payment I wanted and gave me double for my trade from the original quote! Look forward to doing business with them again!

  Outten used to have wonderful customer amenities while you were waiting for your vehicle. The amenities have gone from having a car wash after your service, an oil change program where you paid for 6 got the 7th free, fresh baked cookies in the waiting room, a soda machine at no extra charge to the customer to No carwash, No cookies, No oil change program and now NO SODA MACHINE! But thankfully they now have vending machine items for a price, a 3% charge on credit card purchases, will no longer accept personal checks and the service price WITH A 10% COUPON, for an oil change/tire rotation on a 2012 Traverse is $94.00!!!!!! Where does it end????

  On 06/15/2026 I came in and had the following services: State Inspection and Emissions Testing, oil change, tire rotation and replacement of Tire Pressure Sensors. Inspection results indicated/recommended new brakes and rotors. The total cost was close to 50% of the top trade in value of my 2016 Chevy Cruz. Aside from the unexpected costs, my chief issue is with the online Service Reservation portal. I originally booked a reservation to bring my vehicle in on Saturday, 06/13 to avoid having to take time off. While using the site there was no indication that there was an issue with the work that I was requesting. Thursday, 06/11 and then again on Friday, 06/12 I received calls from the Service Department indicating that they would be unable to complete all the requested services at the time I had reserved. The representative went on to explain that while I had done nothing wrong there was an issue with the online reservation portal which allowed more bookings and work than could be accommodated on Saturday. It also appeared as though this were a known issue with the reservation system as the associate I spoke with strongly recommended that I not use the portal in the future and that I call the Service Department when needing these types of services. While I appreciate that the personnel working within the Service Department may not have any oversight of the online system this was a poor customer experience. I was forced to take time off and reschedule my services for Monday, 06/15. I understand that my vehicle is now 10 years old and that there would likely be a need for some maintenance work to pass inspection, I never imagined that I would need to pay over $1,400. Despite having purchased my vehicle at this dealership and being a loyal customer for the past 10 years there was no offer made to compensate me for rearranging my schedule. I strongly recommend that your team look into the online booking site and consider options to improve the experience or at least include a disclaimer that customers seeking more than an oil change should contact the Service Department by phone to schedule the work.
