  I made an appointment for tire repair and was attended to right away. Unfortunately, there was a nail in my tire and it couldn’t be repaired since I had apparently been driving on it for a while, not realizing there was an issue. I purchased a replacement tire at a reasonable price and it was available for immediate installation. The technician was very thorough with my car and even took the time to clear away some debris under the hood left behind by a mouse. I really appreciated the thorough and friendly service and the reasonable price!

  I went in for a typical oil change, and to have a noise investigated. The oil change price had increased by a lot, but I was informed of that well before my car was taken in. They did the oil change AND investigated the noise which turned out to be a simple broken bolt. Fixed the problem, finished the oil change and I was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciate being informed of the price increase ahead of time. And I was so grateful that the noise was a super simple fix that took lees time to fix than draining the oil from the car! While car repairs are expensive, I highly appreciate when I can go to an auto shop that RESPECTS women, and treats women well instead of trying to pull things over on us! Thank you Monro for helping to keep me safe in my next travel in the coming week! It was weighing heavy on me and a huge weight was lifted when the problem was found to be so minor and so easy to fix! I will 100% be bringing my car back! And have already recommended that my mom take her car there as well! Well Done Monro on Lehigh St in Allentown!

  Got an oil change. The Manager was great , he discussed our warning lights on the dash and gave us great options.
