    I booked an early morning oil change and inspection via phone, a month in advance and indicated that I would wait. When I arrived, I was informed that it would be a while as the Technician had 12 inspections. I waited over 3 hours. The booking procedure needs to be revised

    I made an online appointment for 3 services which i had to reshedule to 2 days later however when i arrived the tires were not in stock and had to be ordered. I asked why if i had an appointment and chose the tires online? They ordered the tires for following day i arrived and tires and oil change done but they didnt have time for alinement so i had to go back monday ugh!!! Already frustrated i went back monday and it was stated an hour which turned into 2 hours. After all said and done got the bill and was upcharged for 2 things with and inquiry if i wanted it or not. Laatly no matter how i add the bill it does not equal the total. Cant not figure that out but will all the delays i wasnt gonna spend more time arguing. But overall not great and not as good of a deal as shown. Look elsewhere and save time and money!!

    I always get fast and courteous service at this location. I go for an oil change and am never pressured to get anything else done.

    Don't go there! I have gotten oil changes multiple times, and they have been very careless. One time, they did not remove a piece they needed to, and I had to take the car back. During my last oil change, they did not put the cap on, and my car smelled like gasoline. I took the car to them because I didn't know what the problem was. Though I made an appointment online for 8:30 am online, I was informed that they would not be able to assess my car until after 11 am. They only called me at 1:45 and stated that the o-rings on my fuel injectors needed to be replaced and that the oil cap had not been put back on. I told them that the oil change had been done there, and the technician did not seem to care. I asked them to put the oil cap back on, and he said ok. I picked up the car and took it to the dealership today, and they informed me that oil cap was missing and that there was oil all over the area, causing the exhaust smell. In fact, my fuel injectors do not need to be replaced. Now, I have to pay them to clean the area and do a new oil change. I am also lodging a formal complaint with the corporate office.

    I had a pretty frustrating experience at this place. I called ahead and was told I could come in at 11:30 for a one-hour alignment while waiting. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was asked if I was dropping off and it takes 3-4hours, even though I had been clear I was waiting. The staff member seemed uninterested and mentioned they were short-staffed. No alternative time was offered until I had to ask, and I ended up rebooking for the next day. When I returned, the same issues happened. I waited, and the service didn’t start until later than promised. The staff member seemed distracted, juggling multiple tasks, and didn’t explain the work they did when finished. The alignment cost $157, but the customer service was really disappointing. I won’t be going back.
