  Never knew that oil change for my car now is $125.00. When it's happened? Last year at the same monro shop it was $45.00.

  I went for state and emission testing. They said it would take an hour. They had a full parking lot of cars. I had school work to do and the waiting room was too cold for me so I went to Red Robbin and sat outside to do my work. I walked back in less than an hour and saw my car parked in a different spot. I really thought there was no way they were done. Walked into the office and was greeted and told my car was done! Good job Monro!!

  Was GREAT service manager was great he went out of his way to answer my questions and had good recommendation on to do next Will good back again for service

  Quick, easy and affordable. They even checked to make sure nothing was leaking and didnt try to charge me a diagnostic fee which i really appreciated. Thank you!

  I was charged to mount, dismount, and torque two separate sets of wheels that I brought in to have tires mounted—even though neither set was installed on a vehicle. I didn't expect to be charged for services that weren't actually needed in that situation. Unfortunately, that experience left a bad impression, and I'll probably take my business elsewhere in the future
