  It was 4:30pm on Sunday and our car was packed to leave for family vacation when I noticed a nail in our tire. I called Mavis knowing they would be closing up by the time I would be able to get there but the guys there said they could fit me in. They took care of us, were friendly, and extremely generous. They saved a whole day of our vacation when it would have been easy for them to say they couldn’t fit us in. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

They quickly diagnosed and fixed my lights, making sure everything was working perfectly before I left.   Came in for a patch on my tire, everyone was welcoming and friendly when i went in, i’ve never had my car serviced here before and they made the process easy and stress free, Im so grateful that i stopped in on a whim. The price was well within my budget. thank you again guys!! you took a lot of weight off my shoulders!

  First off I want to thank Isray for his help on getting us back on the road. We came in for a steering issue and needed to be checked out. Isray and his team was so helpful in fitting us in to have a look. We are traveling from a different state and did not know where to go on a Saturday to have it looked at. I have used Mavis in various cities on the East Coast and this one for customer relations was top notch. Thanks for the help and we made it safely to our destination, Thanks to Isray and his alignment guy, in which I didn't get his name.

  Had my tires replaced here awhile back, recently had a valve stem leak. I stopped in with the wheel without an appointment. The staff was very accommodating. Told me it was no problem. I waited about 20 minutes valve stem was replaced, tire filled back up with air and brought back out to my vehicle. Couldn’t ask for nicer guys to jump right on it and take care of my issue. Thanks.
