Did front end work on my car and scheduled an alignment immediately following so I could drive the car that week to work. I got one confirmation email, two reminder emails, and two reminder texts about my appointment. When I showed up, on time, I found out that they didn't have any alignment texchs show up that day. No call, no reschedule. Now I have to scramble this week to find another car until I can get in for another alignment.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Today, I made an unplanned visit to Mavis Discount Tire. I had a nail in my tire and I was in the area passing through for business. I was 2 hours away from my ultimate destination. Although it was almost time for them to close, they were able to get me in, plug and patch my tires, and air up the other tires. Ceasar, Berto, and their team blessed me. I was ready to pay, but they waived my fee. I left with tears of joy flowing down my face. Thank you times infinity.

Stopped by because my tire pressure readings on my dash were reading low due to the weather Temps changing. Berto was a great help and patient with the equipment. He got my tire censors correctly set up to the right tires. I love these guys.

Ceaser is absolutely amazing! He always goes above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of and any issues are fixed. Mavis was recommended from a friend, Specifically for Ceasars one of the assistant manager he took care of my car had a bad blow out and showed me my tires where going bad and gave me a good deal on 4 brand new tires, definitely met the expectations thank you Ceasars and the guys at Mavis excellent customer service
