We ordered our tires the day before our scheduled appointment. Our appointment was at 2pm. Our truck wasn’t taken back until 3:30ish … everyone we spoke to was nice, but they were the most unmotivated employees I’ve ever seen. They were tossing our tires around like balloons and just ridiculously slow. I work the trades, am I a mechanic no. However working on heavy equipment —I know how long a simple tire change and balance should approximately take. Like come on. It was not only painful but watching them stand around while my truck was on the lift and in mid work, then going into the back coming back out and discussing the video they all just watched was incredibly disrespectful. I get it, trust me. But we made an appointment and ordered ahead for there at 2pm did leave until 4:30…. Come on. I have the most respect for mechanics but this was just plain unmotivation and dicking around.. especially for a $500.00 mount and balance.
