  Unfortunately, I've had to rent vehicles from Enterprise regularly to take my child to cancer treatments. While it's not a situation any parent wants to be in, I can honestly say that the team at the Lehigh Street location has made an incredibly difficult time a little easier. Every single employee I've interacted with—whether it was my first rental or my fifth—has been kind, professional, compassionate, and accommodating. They always treat me with respect and genuinely care about making sure I have a safe and reliable vehicle. Every vehicle I've rented has exceeded my expectations. On the rare occasion that a vehicle had an odor or I wasn't comfortable driving it, the staff immediately found another vehicle without hesitation. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get my daughter to her treatments safely. I'm truly grateful for the outstanding customer service this team provides. Their kindness and professionalism have made a real difference during one of the most challenging times in my family's life. I highly recommend the Enterprise team at the Lehigh Street location to anyone looking for exceptional service.

  Booked a car from this location through my insurance while my car was in a local auto body shop. The dropped off the car right on time for me at the shop and were very helpful. As I wasn't sure how long I'd need the car for I had to call a few times to change the return date and everyone I spoke with could not have been more pleasant.

  After expending over $1,500 in a month on a rental they wouldn’t help me to get the same price for the same car , trying to charge me over $200 more for a week , I been doing business with enterprise almost 10 years and very disappointed on the Lehigh st location !

  My wife also gave a review, but I was the person who had the rental agreement. I could not be any less impressed by this establishment. I would give zero stars if it was at all possible. I had reserved a van at least a week in advance to take my daughters and father in law out in for the weekend. My daughters were so excited and they were counting down the days. I didn’t even anticipate that Enterprise would say nope, no van for you. They called one hour and 30 minutes before my scheduled pick up time to tell me they had no vans or comparable vehicles. Thanks so much for giving us enough time to possibly find another rental some where else. Oh, no, I’m sorry, you were not even competent enough to do that. And did anyone at the store or customer service care at all? Nope, not one little bit.

  Don’t even waste your time!! Rented a mini van IN ADVANCE to take my children out in, they were counting down the days, so excited… 1.5 hours before our scheduled pick up they call and say O WELL SUCKS TO BE YOU we have no comparable vehicle so ooopsie daisy you are SOL. And could completely careless that they ruined our entire weekend and now I have to explain to three sobbing girls how they don’t get to go. THANKS A LOT ENTERPRISE. Never ever ever ever again. They break their contracts and lie on their agreements. This isn’t the first time enterprise screwed us and for some reason I trusted them again. I’d give negative stars. And they don’t care. There is absolutely zero customer service or care in the world.
