  Dear Matthew and Employees I have usually had a good experience with this Enterprise location, which is why my experience on August 28th was extremely disappointing. I had made a reservation for a vehicle a week in advance and received confirmation from Sarah that the vehicle was available to bring my ID FOR PICK that usually mean you got the vehicle am I right or wrong? This was not the first time this has happened to me either I have now experienced a situation where I confirmed a vehicle, arrived at the location, and was told the vehicle was not available approximately three or four times before this incident. When I arrived on August 28th, I spoke with the Branch Manager, Matthew. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from him was unacceptable. I was essentially told there was nothing he could do for me regarding the vehicle I had reserved. I understand that things happen with inventory, but the way the situation was handled was extremely dismissive. I was not rude or disrespectful to him, nor did I curse at him. I was simply an understandably frustrated and unhappy customer because I had made a reservation in advance, received confirmation, with an employee discount and still could not get the vehicle I had reserved. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there were approximately four to five employees in the location, and I was the only customer there at the time. I genuinely do not understand why there was absolutely nothing that could be done to assist me or find a reasonable solution. I ultimately left walking with no vehicle and went to another Enterprise location, where they were able to provide me with exactly what I needed using my employee discount. In which Matthew refused to give me apparently my discount was way too good for a luxury vehicle. But clearly, a solution was possible. I have already called to make a complaint and sent an email to Customer Service, and as of now, I still have not received a response or had anyone contact me regarding my complaint. I also want to be honest that the way I was treated made me question whether there was another reason I was being treated differently. I cannot say for certain what Matthew’s intentions were, but as a customer, I left feeling dismissed, unsupported, and treated unfairly. Enterprise since I am now taking the time to leave this review, I would appreciate someone from Customer Service actually contacting me to address what happened on August 28th. I have already attempted to reach you directly and have received no response. I expected better from Enterprise, especially as someone who has generally had positive experiences with this location in the past.

  Super easy to reserve a rental! The team is super kind and very informative. The pickup and drop off process was quick and easy. The rental car we received as perfect for our trip and the car worked extremely well the entire trip! Highly recommend getting a rental here if you need it for a day trip or a long vacation, fairly priced and supportive team.

  This place was wonderful, the staff were great. The managers were super nice both Uziz and Matthew. I will come back here again because of their services. Very polite and understanding of one’s situation and misunderstanding especially dealing with your cars insurance who is not always up to par in communicating with car rentals in details. Despite everything was a very pleasant experience and they do a good job. Thanks everyone 😊

  ⭐ 1 STAR — BEWARE OF THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION I would NOT recommend this Enterprise location to anyone. Please think twice before depending on a reservation here, especially if you need a specific size vehicle. I had a confirmed reservation for a 7-passenger SUV, showed up as scheduled, and was told there was no vehicle available for me and no replacement. The worst part was the customer service. Branch Manager Mathew Evans was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. I asked him to simply help me find another vehicle at a nearby Enterprise location, and he refused to call, refused to assist, and offered no solution whatsoever. I understand that inventory problems happen. But leaving a customer stranded with a confirmed reservation and then refusing to even TRY to help is completely unacceptable. DO NOT rely on a confirmation from this location without calling first and making sure the vehicle is physically there. Based on my experience, a confirmation did not mean I would actually have a vehicle waiting for me. Absolutely horrible experience and horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this branch and will be escalating my experience to Enterprise corporate.

  The sales associate, branch manager and corporate representative were all very rude and lied to me and took advantage of a senior citizen. They also overcharged me for 4 days when I had the vehicle for under 72 hours. I called to address this and my concerns with my experience and Matthew, the branch manager, blew me off, continuously talked over me and was of no help at all and would not give me an estimated timeline on when I could expect a response on adjusting the days the rental was used for. I am extremely dissatisfied with you service all around and would NEVER used enterprise ever again and will be sure to tell all of my friends and family of this horrific experience.
