  Had a very good experience with renting a car at ABE. The agent was very helpful. The car was clean and instructions were easy for return since I had to return it before the booth opened. Will definitely use enterprise again.

  Anthony at the check in counter was great. It was so busy and he handled it and moved quickly and was so nice and pleasant to everyone. Great employee!!

  I had an awful experience with Enterprise at ABE. I booked a midsize SUV in advance, only to get a notice while actively driving to the airport that no SUVs were available and I was being downgraded to a small sedan. I live an hour away from the airport, so having my vehicle switched at the very last minute was a major inconvenience. But because I had already driven an hour to get there, there was no turning back. To make matters worse, my bags barely even fit in the small car they gave me. When I arrived, the representative who helped me showed zero empathy for the situation. She didn't even bother to check the system or look to see if any larger vehicles were coming in anytime soon—just handed over the keys to a cramped sedan and sent me on my way. Then, for the icing on top, they still charged me the full rate for the midsize SUV I originally reserved! I had to have the agent at my drop-off location fix the price discrepancy for me after the fact. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere if you need a reliable vehicle and basic customer service. When I arrived, the representative who helped me showed zero empathy for the situation.   I originally reserved a vehicle at the Nazareth Pennsylvania site. I was a bit late, and they decided to give my van away to someone else. They said that they tried calling me, and that was an outright lie! The reason I believe it was a lie, is because they called me two days prior to confirm I was still coming. I didn’t answer the phone when they called and I did confirm my rental for that coming Saturday. When I got there, they said sorry we gave your car away. I said I need a vehicle because I was dropped off there and have no way to get home at all. I said I would take even a small smaller car and go to the airport site the following day. They would not accommodate me. They said they had no vehicles for me. Meanwhile, a police officer came in and said to them that he needs the vehicle, and did not order one ahead of time. They immediately accommodated that gentleman without hesitation. I did not get belligerent or hostile, I was just demanding of proper service. They did not give it to me. I had to call to have an Uber. Come pick me up, which cost me quite a bit of money. I will never use enterprise again! However, if someone from regional should call me and somehow make it right, I may change my mind.
