Great location to rent from in the LVI Airport. Outstanding employees and wide selection of vehicles. The process is quick and the people working in Enterprise at LVI Airport are by far some of the best I’ve encountered in all of my travels.

I had an awful experience with Enterprise at ABE. I booked a midsize SUV in advance, only to get a notice while actively driving to the airport that no SUVs were available and I was being downgraded to a small sedan. I live an hour away from the airport, so having my vehicle switched at the very last minute was a major inconvenience. But because I had already driven an hour to get there, there was no turning back. To make matters worse, my bags barely even fit in the small car they gave me. When I arrived, the representative who helped me showed zero empathy for the situation. She didn't even bother to check the system or look to see if any larger vehicles were coming in anytime soon—just handed over the keys to a cramped sedan and sent me on my way. Then, for the icing on top, they still charged me the full rate for the midsize SUV I originally reserved! I had to have the agent at my drop-off location fix the price discrepancy for me after the fact. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere if you need a reliable vehicle and basic customer service. When I arrived, the representative who helped me showed zero empathy for the situation.
