  Extremely disappointing experience at the Enterprise on Hamilton Blvd. I had a confirmed Standard SUV reservation for August 7 and explained in advance that I needed enough space to move my daughter to college in Virginia. I even called ahead specifically to avoid any issues. After being told the SUV they had would work, I arrived and discovered it was too small. Instead of helping me locate another vehicle, I was basically told to call another location myself. I was then sent to the Lehigh Street location after Enterprise told me a Pathfinder would be held for me only to arrive and find that no vehicle had actually been held. When I returned to Hamilton Blvd willing to take the original SUV anyway, they had already rented it to someone else. What bothered me most was the dismissive and unhelpful attitude from Zack and the manager, Caitlin. Both said they would follow up with me, and neither did. I was left scrambling just hours before I needed to leave for Virginia. Thankfully, Bob, the manager at the Enterprise location in Temple/Berks County, stepped in and went above and beyond to help me. I had to drive over 45 minutes to his location to get a vehicle, but he saved the day. The difference in customer service was night and day. Hamilton Blvd could learn a lot from Bob about listening to customers, taking ownership, and actually trying to find a solution. I will not rent from the Hamilton Blvd location again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zach provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on finding the best solution for us rather than just getting us into a vehicle. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made the rental process smooth, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who truly enjoys helping people, and Zach is definitely one of those individuals. Enterprise is fortunate to have such a talented, customer-focused employee on their team. Thank you again, Zach, for making our experience such an easy and enjoyable one!
