  Very unhappy all across the board with them. Reserved a box truck for moving multiple weeks in advance and received a call a week before the reservation saying they cannot supply a truck at this time. I was open to all options for sizes of trucks. The employee actually recommended me to Penske or U-Haul to get a truck. He said I can keep an eye out and let you know if something opens up by Tuesday. Which is ridiculous because if they can’t supply a truck then I need to scramble to find another option. I’m canceling the reservation and never using them again.

  Enterprise got this one right. Jahan (Manager) at the 1008 Sumner Ave location sets the standard. I’ve rented from multiple Enterprise branches as I travel for business, and very few people operate at his level. When he was at the Lehigh Street location, he was consistently on point with all criteria: responsive, professional, and actually focused on delivering high-level customer experience, not just processing a transaction. That level of consistency is rare. When he told me he was going to be moving to this location, I followed, even though it’s less convenient for me. That alone should say something to the regional managers. Rented here for the first time today while he was off, and the operation didn’t miss a beat. Quinn and the team executed at a high level, the vehicle was solid, and everything ran efficiently. That tells me this isn’t just one good employee, but that it’s a well-run Enterprise location. Enterprise should recognize exactly what they have at this location. This is how you build repeat customers. I don’t waste time on mediocre operations like the experiences I had every single time at the Hamilton Blvd location. This one earns the business, and this is how you get repeat customers.

  Nightmare after nightmare, this is the 2nd time I have to deal with this location and not one person helps including the manager on site who may appear knowledgeable but isn’t. Enterprise allows Overbooking of vehicles on a daily basis… causing last minute travel interruptions for me and my family due to an emergency.

  I rent out cars from Sumner avenue in Allentown The crew member there are fantastic jahan, Quincy and Chris. They go above and beyond to help the customer get what they need and help them get on the road safely. I appreciate their customer service and I will always rent from them. I will always give them five stars.
