  I reserved a car and they call me yesterday the DAY BEFORE my trip and tell me they have nothing available!!!!! How is that even professional!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

  **Terrible Experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car!** I made a reservation on July 16 for a rental van today, counting on them for an important event. To my shock, on the same day, they called me to inform me that they **didn’t have the rental available**! This is absolutely unacceptable. Why didn’t they inform me in advance? Now, I’m scrambling to find alternatives last minute due to their lack of professionalism. They clearly don’t care about their customers or the responsibility that comes with making a reservation. I’ve learned the hard way that you **cannot rely on Enterprise**. They are **not trustworthy** and have left me in a difficult situation. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before choosing them.

  I am so glad that Customer Service steered me to this branch after the horrible experience i had at the Lehigh St branch! I was pleasantly greeted by Jahan, the manager of Sumner Ave, who had worked with me numerous times before at the Lehigh St branch. He recognized me and treated me with respect and courtesy, apologizing for my bad experience that he had nothing to do with. He quickly and efficiently had me in an SUV and had me on my way for my business trip. Jahan's friendly demeanor and customer service was unprecedented. I look forward to doing more business with this branch, and will follow Jahan and his staff wherever they go. Thank you Jahan!
