  We reserved a car and when we arrived to pick it up, it was sold out. The guy on the front desk said he could not do anything and did not tried to help at all. How do they let you reserve a car without availability? It doesn’t make any sense.

  Came here to pick the car I’ve successfully reserved through their website and there were no cars available. Front desk employee was not useful and need to be trained asap, did not make any effort to help… what a horrible experience. If possible, avoid this specific rental place.

  We reserved a car, came with bags and kids and they said they didn’t have any availability and cancelled our booking and that he can’t help at all, horrible service, no hesitation and no willingness to help.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I made a reservation online because the website showed a vehicle was available. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told there were no vehicles available. The manager's excuse was that he left me a voicemail only 30 minutes before my pickup time. A last-minute voicemail does not excuse confirming a reservation that the company could not honor. An online reservation should mean that a vehicle is actually available and waiting for the customer. Otherwise, what is the point of making a reservation? My plans were disrupted, and there was little effort to offer a solution. Very disappointing customer service. I'm not sure if I wolud ever rent here any more.
