  I was buying a vehicle through them. They sell you a vehicle that shouldn't even be out on the lot for sale. Because they're putting good stickers on vehicles that are not safe for the road. I had to put so much money into the vehicle. That I had because their warranties wouldn't fix it. The warranty company kept coming up with excuses that it doesn't cover that. It doesn't cover this. But the first car we were getting the frame was twisted up underneath. But it had good stickers, they passed inspection on it i noticed it when I had to take it to a mechanic. They said this frame's twisted, and I said, there aint no way they said, yes, see. And I looked so we took it back to the car lot, they give us another one. That windshield has good stickers on it. But the windshield was busted up, they tell us, take it home. And call a glass repair company and have them contact them. And they will take care of it. So why did they put stickers on a vehicle that they passed. But if you would have took it somewhere else, they wouldn't have passed it. Because the windshield Was busted up, not just, they put my life at risk.They put others at risk.Because I had to take that vehicle.And drive it back home, known that anything else could have happened . So here I'm putting money into a vehicle. After I stuck money into the car, they come and repo The car after I just put a lot of money and work into it. So they took the $300 that I had left on top of the car that I just put repair work into. And I did it myself, because I couldn't afford a garage. I would never buy through enterprise or another car lot. And I definitely won't go through capital. One finance, because they're the ones that took my money and didn't let it reflect. Right away, so they can come and repo the car a day after, I make the car payment. But the next morning that's when I put the mass airflow sensor the new battery that cost $200 to mass airflow sensor that costs about 80 bucks brakes cost $50 and the oil change. That's not counting. I had to put tires on the car. There's a lot of other parts that I had to put on that car that I shouldn't have to put on that car right away. I'm having this car lot. Investigate it Because they're inspecting vehicles and passing them when they shouldn't be passed. And if you're going to go buy a car, don't buy one that was a rental or that was leased out. Because you're going to have so much mechanical problems with that vehicle that it's gonna eat you up financially. And now I'm sitting here with no vehicle, because when we start to get a car through enterprise, we trade at 1 end. And the only problem it had was a transmission problem. No more car lots for me . Oh, and they will have people come and take the cars back late at night. And then he will record you without your permission on your private property. And they fly down your lane, and I mean, they speed, because I didn't know who it was.I thought it was the cops or someone I didn't know.It was towing you guys are adults.I just want to let you all know.You guys can make a decision to go buy one from them.If you do best of luck, I know I made my mind up in my decision.I'm not never buying a vehicle from a car lot again.It's the worst mistake i've ever made in my whole entire life.And now they gave me bad credit

  10/10 car buying experience! No pressure. No ‘sales talk.’ No hard sale push for added services. They gave us our options & asked if we wanted any of them (we did). They were kind, patient (I’m a picky shopper), helpful, and knowledgeable. This was my families 3rd or 4th car purchase from Enterprise and we’ll definitely be back when we need another!
