I drove to the store because my car’s dashboard stated a battery charge issue. Jay, a great team member, checked my battery. Everything was decent. Then he noticed that my alternator belt ripped to SHREDS!!! I bought a belt from the store. He insisted on putting it on himself. I wasn’t going to say no because I needed to get home lol. The belt was TIGHT to put on, but he was determined! Jay succeeded with adding a new belt. He concluded with rechecking my battery, which had a WAY better charge. Now my car is running smoothly! This has been the BEST service from any location! Thank you so much!
