    We chose to buy a battery there because it can be installed. When my husband when to buy it, he was told that they do not install it. We asked the evening before if they were doing it. My husband bought it and he installed by himself. We went back to get money back for the old battery and I saw the sign outside that it can be installed. So I went inside the store to ask why it was not installed if the sign said they do. I was told that the battery needs professional installation because the computer needs to be reset. I told them that our car is not that new and my husband did it. So Gabriel the store assistant, told me that he showed to my husband that the computer said it must be installed by a professional and it is not his fault that we do not know how to read. There was another worker there, a woman, and I hope she was not the manager, so I asked why we were told that it can be installed two night ago, and Gabriel jumped again, and he said that we have to learn how to read. I told him that I have more education that him, and he told me "get out of my store". I told him that I was going to file an complaint. What a great customer service. So please if you go to the afternoon to that store, please say hi to Gabriel, he is a joy!
