  Website said unlimited miles but somehow I was charged for excess miles. Still waiting for a final bill.

  I was given this rental through an insurance company, to use while my car was being repaired. The staff was very friendly and helpful in our initial encounter. But it was really the way that they handled the duration of the rental that impressed me. The insurance company was not very forthcoming about rental arrangements. I tried to contact the adjuster, but never received a response, so I called the Akron, PA Enterprise location directly. They told me what the arrangements were, the length of the rental, and all the other information I needed. They offered me a ride when I told them that my partner was leaving work to help me pick up the car. The repair took longer than the original rental term, and once again the insurance adjuster was non-communicative - and once again, Enterprise employees worked directly with the repair company to make sure my rental was taken care of, even calling the insurance company to insure coverage. They did this twice for me, as the insurance company would only extend for a certain number of days each time. After a week, the vehicle I had started showing a warning light. They immediately told me to come in, helped me pick a new vehicle out of available stock, apologized profusely for not having an SUV available for me, and offered to swap vehicles for me once they had an SUV become available. I chose not to swap vehicles again, but I appreciated how accommodating they were, and how quickly they helped me get a new vehicle. They even offered to help me move my groceries from the original to the replacement vehicle. I can't say enough good things about the young men at this location - they were at all times polite and helpful.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff was professional, friendly, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. I especially appreciated the great customer service and clear communication throughout the rental period. Returning the vehicle was quick and convenient, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Overall, Enterprise provided a reliable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly rent from them again in the future.

  If I could give negative stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Enterprise. I reserved a van two weeks in advance for a family vacation scheduled from June 11–15. When we arrived at 8:30 AM for our pickup, we were told they did not have the vehicle we reserved. The only options offered were a 15-passenger van that was far too large for our needs or a vehicle that was too small for our family. When we explained that neither option would work, we were told to come back at 11:00 AM because a suitable vehicle would be available then. We rearranged our plans and returned at 11:00 AM, only to find that there still was not a vehicle available for us. To make matters worse, the employee assisting us offered no alternative solutions, no assistance locating a vehicle at another branch, and showed very little concern for the inconvenience this caused. We specifically reserved our vehicle two weeks ahead of time to avoid problems on the day of our trip. Having our reservation effectively ignored and being left without transportation for a planned family vacation was incredibly frustrating and stressful. The lack of communication, preparation, and customer service was unacceptable. I expected much more from a company as established as Enterprise.

  I had to come here due to my beloved GMC Terrain was totaled in an accident. Had the pleasure working with Tyrone, the Branch Manager personally. He was able to hook me up with nice rental vehicles on short notice. Rented a nice 2026 GMC Terrain first since no sedans were on the lot (since my insurance only fully covered up to a full size sedan). Hated to stop driving the Terrain to switch into a car once one became available. Tyrone was friendly and very professional to work with. If I ever need to rent another vehicle from Enterprise I won't hesitate to come back to this branch.
