I scheduled an appointment day of. Staff was considerate, thorough, and super responsive. I had gone to another Mavis Tire that day and was told it would be four hours to change my tire. This location did it within the hour while managing a number of different service requests.

The web site offered $110 Mail in rebate which you need your receipt to get. After purchasing, I discovered I would only be eligible for the rebate if I used a Mavis credit card. No mention of this on the website. I asked the manager how to get the rebate and he said just follow the website. No mention of what credit card I needed. So I am ripped off for$110 and I have to go back because there's a leak in 1 tire. So sorry I used them.
Update: the store's manager called me, acknowledged the confusing Mavis website site, and offered $110 of free service to make good on this.

This place was great! I had a slow leak in my front two tires. I figured i had nail holes but it turns out the valves weren’t tight. My tires were fixed quickly and very inexpensive! The staff were very professional and personable even with the busy opening crowd.
I was able to make a next day appointment online. I dropped my car off and came back for it when it was ready but there is some waiting space with outlets and plenty of stores/restaurants if you do not want to wait there.

I will be calling to speak with management of this location after my experience this morning. Predatory sales practices.
Went in this morning with a slow leak in my front drivers tire and a nail or screw visible in my rear drivers tire.
After 45 minutes they took my car back and began looking. Within 10 minutes they tell me I need a new tire because they couldn’t patch the screw location (they hadn’t yet pulled the screw). I asked “why”? It was an in tread object on tires with under 16k miles. Their response was it was not a patchable spot and I need a tire.
Because it was holding air I said “no” and asked if they found anything on the front slow leak, they said “no”… I don’t even think they looked since I wasn’t buying a new tire.
They pull me out and I leave and go to another tire shop (Creamery in Chalfont)
Within 5 minutes at Creamery, they have my wheels off, have the screw pulled… and guess what… NO LEAK, it didn’t even puncture the tire… Mavis was going to sell me a new tire for one that literally didn’t have an issue. Within another minute they found the leak in the front tire and had it repaired within 10.
I used Mavis for the better part of a decade for tires, and never again. Incredibly predatory practices. This location should be embarrassed at this all.
If I could leave negative star ratings I would to help prevent others from wandering in their door.
Save your time, energy and money and go elsewhere.

Scheduled service on 6/13/26 resulted in tech hitting my car with their lift. I heard the tech's reaction from the shop (behind closed doors) and requested documentation of the incident. The manager lied and said nothing happened. Well, after telling them my dash cam begs to differ, their denial of the incident turned to invalidation (e.g. , by design, a lift can't cause damage if a car hits it), which was absurd hearing from a tire shop. Of course it didn't stop there. The techs refused to service my car, mocked my obvious frustration, and after declining the manager's pleads to service the car himself, they all became belligerent. Apparently, asking for accurate documentation (simply that it happened versus specific damage), and after letting them know insurance can get involved (because they insisted on documenting no damage occurred), I was threatening THEM. Reaching out to corporate and the footage will speak for itself (manager is literally on camera lying) after the incident). Invest in a dash cam and avoid this shop. Besides getting a patch, prices are more than your local mechanic. You don't want to trust a shop that lies about a simple mistake.
