  Just took a shower and the store was clean staff was amazing and I want to give a shout out to Mr Leo for all his hard work. The staff makes this one of my favorite stores when I’m in the area

  The customer service of this place is horrible I mean would you want to be stared at constantly? This girl with blond hair was constantly staring at me throughout the store and when I asked if anything was wrong she said I’m doing my job. Oh I didn’t know you were getting paid to stare and follow customers around the store. There has also been more than one complaint from this employee and the fact that the store owner doesn’t respond or explain the situation to the people who had bad experiences is proving how they only care about people who had great experiences.

  I stopped at One9 Fuel Stop while driving from California to Dallas to freshen up and change my kids’ clothes. We spent a little longer in the restroom than expected because I was taking care of my children. During that time, a female employee with dirty blonde hair kept coming into the restroom and staring at me and my kids multiple times, which made us feel very uncomfortable. After we came out, I went to get a coffee, and she was standing right behind me watching me again. I understand employees have responsibilities, but constantly staring at customers, especially a parent with children, is not professional or welcoming. I left feeling uncomfortable and judged. I hope management addresses this because no customer should feel like they’re being watched instead of treated with respect.
