  I’m on a huge road trip and ran into problems on I-40. These folks at John’s Truck Service got me in Wednesday and had me back on the road Thursday morning. The invoice was more than fair. They gave me a ride to and from my hotel room. By the time I left, I knew everyone in the shop by name. They not only cared about getting me back on my way as quickly as possible, but they also made sure the work was done right so I won’t have to worry about it again. I have a 2004 6.0 and the truck has been a nightmare. Anybody familiar with diesels knows what I’m talking about. I can’t give this shop any higher recommendation!

  They took really good care of our Volvo 2022. The owner of the shop was honest since from the beginning. Truck almost went into a derate mode, they found the issue, replaced def doser and we were back on the road same day.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service! I brought my diesel truck into this independent shop after another place quoted me a ridiculous price and couldn’t even do the work for 8weeks. What really stood out was how they prioritized my work as they knew I was on my to Texas and was stranded. They have a large shop buzzing with activity and yet they put me to the front of the line. As for the repair itself, these guys are true experts in diesel engines. They quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it right the first time. Their knowledge and experience with diesel repair is second to none. The customer service was top-notch, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated on the progress, explained all the options without any pressure, and were genuinely helpful. No upselling, no surprises—just honest, professional service. Best of all, their pricing was very fair. My truck is my baby and I felt like I got premium diesel expertise at a reasonable price. If you have a diesel vehicle and want honest, skilled mechanics who treat you right, look no further. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

  I had an emissions related issue on my motor home that threatened to shut down our trip. John’s was able to get us in first thing the next morning and get us back on the road by noon. It is hard to find this level of caring these days. I am Very impressed with this shop. Update: we went back after the problem came back. Not John’s fault at all. A very expensive failure of scr. They were able to find one and get it next day. I had an estimate from a nearby Cummins dealership which was much higher. Plus I got some additional work completed and still less cost. My impression has only improved. I was actually going to drive 500 miles back here because service this good is hard to find. But was able to get the job competed while I was here. A+++++
