  firstly i need to say that Belarmino (forgive likely misspelling?) is due for a raise. his service, efficiency and customer service is exemplary. i arrived midday among a throng of customers with no appointment to have my wheels traded out. Belarmino had me in and out, with a wheel alignment added (his suggestion) in less than an hour . i have employed every tire place in taos over the past many years, and my first experience at Point S was top notch.

  Great experience! Camping here - from Georgia. My old Ford Dually needed a front end alignment after JR (in Questa) had replaced all the ball joints. James and Amelio spent 4 hours and 2 or 3 test drives to get it just right. It's been 3 days, and the truck drives straight, and the steering wheel is straight. Stop searching and scrolling and make a reservation at the Taos Point S tire shop! P.S. Give your tech a nice tip. He earned it.

  They were friendly and knowledgeable. I had an urgent need for a quick turnaround and this shop was understanding and accommodating which others were not.

  SUPER FAST SERVICE! Came in with a nail in my tire and they patched it swiftly and inexpensively!

  I went in for a simple safety inspection and oil change. Came out with a abs light, traction light, dirty car, and, almost 300$ bill for things I didn’t ask them to do. I have a v8 Charger Daytona and they let some kid test drive it then they gave me my car back dirty. The kid probably went fast in my car and hit a milk shake or something cause the bottom bumper had white stuff splattered all over it. Keep in mind I just got a car wash before bringing it in. Then after the inspection the lights came on so it seems like they didn’t even do the inspection or maybe missed something. But they probably won’t give me a refund on the inspection. Then they balanced my tires without asking me an I had to pay extra for that when I only asked for an inspection an oil change. Don’t go here unless you want your car joy riden an dirty. Unless you want them to fix things on your vehicle you didn’t ask for. Oh yeah a bad customer service.
