- RDRobb DimickOct 4, 20261.0I was told this was the best place in town to go. I was lied to.Never going here again. I only needed 2 tires, but since one was a little low on tread, they made get all 4. Then they told me they take the lugnuts off because they might strip them. They're the last people that took the tires off. Then they told me they don't have ANY extra lugnuts. A tire place that doesnt have lugnuts. ARE TOU KIDDING ME? So now I still have 2 bald tires. I wouldn't go here again if they paid me. The worst experience I've ever had trying to get new tires. And I live an hour away. They don't care and it's not their problem that they can't do their job, because theyre ill equipped.
- RKrobert krantzSep 21, 20261.0$30 for a tire patch. Absolutely insane.
- MCMaura CarelSep 4, 20265.0These guys literally saved the day! We were leaving to go back to OKC and had a dead battery. They got us right in and on our way! Great service!
- W2wdwtx 2.0Aug 19, 20265.010 Star service. Out of state for vacation. Valve stem on TPMS started leaking. Put the spare on, threw the problem tire in the truck bed, and limped in this morning early. They got me right in, and fixed it in short order. Asked what the bill was, and he said "It was just a valve stem, no charge". They put the tire back on the truck, and even put the spare back under the truck!!! Can't say thanks enough. THAT is how a company gets a good name. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
- JBJoAnna BlackstockJul 26, 20265.0We were in from out of town and had what we thought was a thermostat issue but the crew at Point S determined it was a radiator cap luckily. They took quick, efficient and affordable care with the slightest interference with our short visit in Taos. Thanks for getting us in and handling our issue so well. It may appear to just be a tire shop but they provide a wide variety of services.
