  We would like to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude TO RAPHAEL for the wonderful way he assisted us during our visit to the Enterprise location in Taos today. When a technical issue with our rental car arose, he could have simply treated it as another problem to solve, but instead, he went above and beyond. His professionalism, dedication, and determination to find a solution made all the difference to us. What impressed us most was not only the way he managed the situation, but the genuine kindness and warmth with which he treated us throughout the process. He made us feel listened to, cared for, and in very good hands. Thanks Raphael for everything. Enterprise IS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE YOU!

  I have used enterprise for years with no complaints and no issues. However, I made a reservation over the phone to pick up a vehicle in Taos, NM and return in Texas. The reservation got botched somehow, and I was stuck in Taos, NM with no way home! After spending much time on the phone the best I got was that the location called me back and asked that I come back in and they worked on the reservation online until they were able to get a car for me to get home… I appreciate their working to try to make it right.

  This place will confirm a reserved vehicle then cancel at very last minute. As they done me. They simply do not care. Enterprise Lies. Do not use this place they are unreasonable and simply a sloppy business.
