  Extremely disappointing experience. I reserved a car and was called the next morning to say none were available. Later that day, I called what I thought was the local office, and they booked me another car for that afternoon. After arranging transportation and showing up to pick it up, I was told the Google phone number actually routes to a call center that books reservations to generate revenue, and the local office never had a car available. We were left stranded with no rental, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. If inventory isn’t available, reservations shouldn’t be accepted. This was a complete waste of our time and left us scrambling to change our plans.

  Worst rental car service i have ever encountered. Completely useless staff and they dont actually have cars. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

  I have had nothing but positive experiences at this enterprise. Marissa made sure we got the car we liked to have an awesome camping trip. She went above and beyond with her kindness and flexibility to make sure we had a great trip that fit within our budget. Thanks !!!

  This location has wonderful staff, the young lady who runs the office is super pleasant and easy to work with. I have always had a 5 star experience renting cars here.
