  It was okay, I suppose. The gentleman who did the main customer service was friendly, however a bit overly aggressive at times. It was a strange dichotomy. Very friendly mostly, when trying to upcharge, and strangely aggressive at the same time. Telling me and my child exactly where to sit in the waiting area and " don't come up to the other side until we call you. It was like we weren't allowed to be anywhere else than the seats he assigned to us, let alone feeling comfortable to go to the bathroom or walk around. I felt if I offered my child popcorn, or stood up, we would be scolded with a smile. It was a bit strange and off putting. He was nice when selling something, but with a rude undertone. Then acting like certain things were wrong when I knew that they were not as he said. It was a bit of a strange experience. The technician who was doing the work was very nice in general. He was a lot more personable for sure. The price was higher than expected and at the end when I paid he seemed very uninterested and uncaring like "my job is done, I really don't care anymore." He had his chin on his hand and was very uninterested at that point. My car also sat out front and done for approximately 10 minutes before I was called up to pay, despite not being busy at all. Then got shouted at to come pay from the other waiting room... He would shout at the techs a lot too. Not the most comfortable experience. The technician was the one who told us to have a good day and was very friendly though. At the end of the day the job was done, however my child and I shot each other several looks during the experience because it was so weird.

  Have old 95 vehicle and always have work done here if I can’t do it at home. These guys are great and very knowledgeable

  Traveling for work and used a full synthetic previously paid certificate here. Needless to say, the cashier was stand-offish, impersonable and rude. The shop guys got my car in and out so fast, wasn’t even sure leaving that the oil was changed. I requested having my car vacuumed, the cashier guy said their vacuum’s were non-operable, my windshield was still dirty and normally back home in Las Cruces, they always vacuum my car, wash my windshield, and are very polite. I had to pay more than normal, since the certificates usually cover the full expense; granted, I did add coolant for 5.99$ but still paid close to 20$, and back home without topping off any fluids, I’ve paid .01-.10 cents if that, (that’s if the certificate didn’t cover the full price). I looked at my receipt and it says it’s “low” in brake fluid but I wasn’t offered to top that off, so not sure about that, all I know is the lack of communication was not appreciated. I won’t be back to this location.
