- CACass AndraApr 29, 20261.0It made me give a star, but they don't deserve it, I would give NO stars. They messed up my contact (apparently "accidentally" deleted it), and then they didn't honor the "deal" they claimed they would give me for the inconvenience. They took $605 from my account and then made me pay another $305 without being refunded the $605. Very unprofessional, don't bother renting from them, go to another car rental if at all possible.
- RCRoberta ColtonApr 18, 20261.0At Enterprise Rental at 1611 St. Michaels Blvd in Santa Fe, NM, apparently the customer is not always right. I left the key to the rental car in the car when I returned the car to Enterprise and, much to my surprise and dismay, the car self-locked. The general manager chastised me and said that I should have known not to leave the keys in the car in an urban setting (as opposed to an airport). One other rental car parked in front of the office also had the key locked in the car. There is no signage in the office instructing renters to return keys inside. Nor was there any verbal instruction to that effect. The keys were in the car when I rented it. I had to escalate my complaint to the regional manager of Enterprise who promptly agreed to release my $300 deposit and not charge me the cost of the locksmith. Two days after the experience, no one from the rental office has called to notify me that the car has been unlocked so that I can retrieve my garage door opener that I left on the visor when I returned the car. Renter BEWARE!
