Knowingly renting out a vehicle with transmission issues rendering the vehicle in limp mode. Still charged the full cost for the vehicle. Did not return phone calls or email messages to the manager.

Really impacted our vacation. Thanks guys. Love to have our three hours back dealing with you. Drove our own car to Colorado. Never again

Called enterprise, no cars available again. Manager said he would call me before store closed with an update. No phone call received. 3 days later still no replacement car or phone call. Terrible experience.

I told them I could rearrange my schedule and pick up closer to 5. I don’t know if saying that put me at the back of the line but they called me at 3:30 (after assuring me they’d have it on another call) to tell me there were no cars coming. By the time I got out of my meeting all the other companies were closed and I had to scramble to find a way to Denver. I have an international flight to catch tomorrow AM and don’t know how to get there. I understand the not having cars part. We all know enterprise is a terrible company, but I was definitely getting the run around instead of them being upfront with me. 0/10. Find a different place to rent a car.
