  Miguel was wonderful. When I arrived in Santa Fe he noticed that my car was not reserved at the airport. The fire dispatch reserved it at a different location. He was able to correct that for me and get the car moved to the airport since he had availability. I really appreciate him doing that for me.

  My initial experience was very good. Justin was very polite and professional. He accomodated my request for not renting me a Kia or a Hyundai. We rented the car from 6/18/26 to 6/21/26. Monday 6/22/26 I received the invoice through email, stating that I returned it on Monday at 8 am, due to I was advised to drop the key off in the lock box on Sunday. So I got charged for an extra day, while the car was sitting in their parking lot since Sunday. Justin reached out to the Assistant Mgr. Darrel but didn't resolve the issue. Update: On 6/25/26, I talked to the Area Mgr, John. Finally he processed the refund of $113.65 for the extra day. After went around circle and playing games with them, the overall experience was ok. I gave them a 5 Stars.

  We were on a road trip when a bird struck our windshield in a small town in New Mexico, causing a severe crack. The closest major cities were Taos and Santa Fe. We immediately contacted Enterprise, hoping to get a replacement vehicle because we were unsure whether our current car was safe to continue driving. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing. They told us the nearest location that might have a replacement was the Albuquerque airport. We asked if they could arrange a swap in Santa Fe, where we were staying overnight, but they said they could not move cars between different cities. This policy makes no sense to us. We felt unsafe driving a car with a badly cracked windshield, yet the company offered no real assistance and instead expected us to drive an even longer distance to resolve the issue ourselves. This experience left us feeling unsupported at a stressful moment. Be cautious when choosing a rental company.

  Avoid this location at all costs. Prior to this experience, I was a loyal Enterprise and National customer for both my personal and business travel purposes. However, after the experience we had this weekend, I am incredibly hesitant to ever rent from Enterprise again. Our trip was frustrating from start to finish due to broken vehicle guarantees, poor vehicle prep, and zero communication. We initially reserved a Large SUV to accommodate our group and luggage. Although they called us the day prior to state a large vehicle would not be available, they guaranteed a medium-sized vehicle as a worst-case scenario. Instead, when we arrived, they only had a sedan that was far too small, and a truck. We were forced to take the truck just to fit our group. The logistics and vehicle preparation were completely unorganized. After loading all of our heavy luggage into the first truck they provided, the staff informed us that the vehicle was unserviced and needed an immediate oil change. We had to completely unload and reload all of our baggage into a secondary truck, wasting valuable time and energy. To make matters worse, this second truck was handed over to us with an empty fuel tank. Our very first action as paying customers was being forced to drive straight to a gas station to fill up an empty fleet vehicle out of our own pockets. The Cerrillos location explicitly told us they would compensate us for this fuel expense, but that promise was never honored. To cap it all off, their staff failed to update our return logistics. The Cerrillos Road staff promised us at pickup that they would update our drop-off location to the actual physical airport terminal. They failed to log it, so the change never reflected in the app. When we noticed the error and tried calling corporate support to fix it, corporate couldn't find the new airport location in their system. Corporate stated that management would call us back, but we never heard back from anyone. We then spent over an hour attempting to call both this Cerrillos Road office and the airport branch directly, and neither location would answer their phones. Enterprise completely failed to deliver on their basic commitments. We were forced into an unexpected vehicle class, delayed by an unserviced vehicle, handed an empty gas tank, and left with no way to contact the local offices to fix their paperwork errors. Despite all of these issues and their explicit verbal promises, we never received a single pricing adjustment or reimbursement for the gas or any of the other severe difficulties on this trip. Save yourself the stress and rent from a different company in Santa Fe.

  Reserved a car over a weekend for Monday at the Taos location they called me first thing Monday said they had no cars available. So I called the 800 number and she said they had cars available in Santa Fe. So I reserved one for that afternoon. We had to drive from Angel Fire and were within 30 miles when the location called me and said they had no cars available at all. I was upset that I had arranged and drove all the way down there. He was rude and said he could call me tomorrow because he would definitely have a car available at 2 pm. I said I will expect a call telling me if car is available. Next day heard nothing, called them and exactly like I thought NO car available. He said again he would have one the next day. I said OK put me on the list. I then called Budget and they had a car available and we drove 2 hours to pick it up and it was there and waiting for me. Took less than 5 minutes to get it and it was $200 cheaper than what Enterprise quoted me for. Very happy with Budget for helping me out of a jam. I will never rent from Enterprise again after that debacle. They need to stop taking over booking cars when they don’t have any. I left my reservation open for them to call me when car came in and guess what the whole vacation they never called me. All I can say is Stop OVERBOOKING CARS!!! Received the message that I can contact them regarding this issue but when going to the link they provide in the review just takes you to a chat option and that’s it. What exactly will that help to talk with someone who has no knowledge of why I am contacting them. Sorry you can provide an actual contact.
